Somehow he didn’t end up with a major infection, but is already thinking of getting a revision to remove lumpy scarring & somehow fix the incorrect angle. He thinks sigmoid method is the answer.

He is still severely obese, but I doubt he will try to lose weight for any surgery.

Claims he bounced back really well despite the wound separation lol.

He also asks about “dynamic dilation”… I don’t know what that is, but I’m sure it’s horrifying.

„Dynamic dilation is a term invented by Dr. Suporn Watanyusakul for a prolonged dilation that involves rotating motions to proactively break up scar tissue around the vagina's internal tissues. It is not recommended unless explicitly instructed by your surgeon.” Source

12 weeks post-op delayed ALT
I’m officially 12 weeks post-op delayed flap ALT phalloplasty with UL and no v-nectomy! I’ve had no UL complications yet and am super happy with how everything’s healed. I’m currently scheduled for debulking at the end of March!
Tube-in-tube seems to be the most reliable UL method if the surgeon does a good job at giving it a good circumference and good stitching. Since it's actually skin on the inside it'll take awhile for it to break down and cause complications.

Jesus that's fucking ridiculous and her leg looks like she stepped on a fucking landmine.
Looks like she forgot to shave the tip of her "dick".

How?? This honestly baffles me, is skin more durable than I think? Being urinated through multiple times a day and never getting aired out or cleaned has to be terrible for skin, right?? Can arm/thigh skin take that long term?

Can arm/thigh skin take that long term?
no it'll grow hair and shed skin cells that will eventually cause complications.
It's just more durable initially compared to trying to use a vein or something else for the urethra.

EDIT: While I was googling things I came across a 2021 paper where they used the sigmoid colon to create a neourethra in boys with aphallia.
Maybe we will start seeing Tifs with shit-stinking phallus's in the future just like the TiMs and their smelly neovags.

Hello!

I am Hans Hutting from FUNDIES. With my clothing brand, I aim to promote societal inclusion in a sustainable way. My main focus is the queer community. I believe every body type deserves to be celebrated.

I enjoy working with questions or special requests from customers, and creating a fitting design for them. When my boyfriend had phallo, he asked me if I could design something that could be worn after surgery to make propping easier. I created the propping briefs, and he liked them so much that I decided to start selling them in my shop.

Since most of the propping briefs buyers find me through Reddit, I decided to create a profile on here so people can reach out to me personally with questions. If you have special requests for different sizes or shapes, feel free to contact me.

I also welcome any feedback on my product so that it can continue to evolve and improve, and best suit your post-surgery needs. And of course, you can always reach out for other special items!

FAQ:

What is propping?

Propping is elevating the phallus at an approximately 90° angle. Most surgeons will advise to do this for the first weeks after surgery, to reduce swelling and ensure proper blood flow.

Why propping briefs?

These briefs allow you to prop somewhat discreetly, while keeping your hands free. The snap button can easily be opened with one hand, and there hammock part allows you to stuff gauze in there to keep everything fresh. They are catheter compatible (both SP and foley). The briefs can also be worn after repair surgeries or ED implantation.

Which size should I get?

One size up from your normal underwear size should be good. Feel free to DM me if you have trouble deciding on a size.

Here's a pic of the garish looking website. I thought fashionable gay men were supposed to design well.

With a "slimy infection" I'd bet bacteria, not "parasite".
Yeah, there's something weird about her story. I can't tell if she misunderstood the actual problem, crucial details are lost in translation, or she's straight up lying, but her explanation makes zero sense and the more she tries to elaborate the less I believe her.

Edit: is the "propping briefs" website intentionally made to look like an ironic Web 1.0 relic or is graphic design someone's passion? Also, there's nothing "somewhat discreetly" about...whatever is going on in those photos.

Any time I hear about regular skin being used for moist areas (including male stink ditches made with penis/ballsack skin) I just imagine it looks pale, weak and pruney like your hands and feet get if you've been in the water too long 🤢

Nope! I showed my husband and he said "Why is she wearing her Daddy's shoes?"

As for this abomination, it looks exactly like the arm and hand of someone who blew all their fingers off playing with fireworks
I forgot seeing that in this thread and thought it was an end-stage electrical burn on a hand. Like "this picture was taken before full amputation was done to minimize infection/gangrene spread".

It's funny that you can post this picture without spoiling it, even though it's supposed to be a dick. If you showed this picture without any context to someone they probably would think it's a deformity or injury.

The shape reminds me of a flared horse dick, and that is not a compliment.

Sure doesn't help that the "dick" shaft is hairy.

I mean it looks like an arm because it's just a rolled up piece of skin, although in LampreyDicks/ShaiHulud's case she had Abdo.
That black scab?
That's her belly button, if I recall correctly.

Hard resisting urge to post chanting Fremen. This just looks like an arm but the one where you see the end... Ummm Shai Hulud

WTF! I was sure that was a wrist stub but wondered what it was doing in this thread. I wondered if the butcher had fucked the arm skin removal so badly the hand was needing amputation. Then I hit the image after reading your post and “lamprey dick” was the title.
So which butcher did this?

I straight up thought that you had included a photo of a fingerless hand for comparison.

Tbf "parasites ate my dick" sounds way cooler than "Im a filthy slob, so bacteria rotted my skinsleeve away"

She couldn't have at least shaved the coke can before taking pictures? Also her balls look like a wad of chewing gum lol
