Hi! Today is my 6 week mark after bottom surgery at Temple in Philadelphia. I’m really happy with my results and I’ll provide a little detail about the process. Happy to answer any questions as well!

I opted for a maximum depth vaginoplasty, penile inversion method. I think the operation was between 6-8 hours, and I stayed in the hospital for 6 days. Everything was VERY swollen and bruised initially. I recommend taking Arnica Montana pellets the day before surgery and for two weeks after to help with bruising! And know that it will calm down slowly but surely.

I especially luvvv my labia minora, clit, and clit hood. On the exterior, everything is healing up super well. There was some wound separation to the right of my vaginal entrance (you can see the red patch). Some granulation tissue has formed which Dr. Hamidian treated with silver nitrate. There’s still some swelling overall, and the sutures are still patching up (but they are almost there, and the stitches dissolve naturally). Also, I think my labia majora were constructed using scrotum skin, which means they are pretty plump but also they contract and expand with temperature changes lol

On the interior, I didn’t get as much depth as I had hoped for because I have a narrow pelvis and Drs. Hamidian and Douglas didn’t want to risk a rectal injury. After some initial disappointment, I’ve learned to love the depth I got as-is, and it’s improved already with dedicated dilation. There’s still fibrinous tissue inside my vagina and beneath my clit around the urethra, which leads to some persistent discharge, so I wear a pad every day. Using betadyne solution in sitz baths and douching helps to dry out this tissue.

I’m starting to mobilize scar tissue and I’ve regained sensation around most of the vulva. I can reach clitoral orgasm super easily and it feels amazing. They did a great job preserving my nerves!

I think Temple’s practice is becoming more popular, and rightfully so! The team is super responsive and experienced. With my employer insurance (Cigna) I’ve had no out of pocket costs. And they take PA Medicaid.

TLDR: I really recommend going thru Temple, I love my pussy, and I can’t wait to live the rest of my life in this body

Even if they do a glansplasty eventually, the amount of scarring on the inferior plane of the "shaft" seems like that it will interfere with circulation in the future.

Yes, I had/have a parasite caused from the ED. It’s still there and that’s why too much scar tissue continues to form there.​

Can you please elaborate on this? What type of parasite? How was something infected with a parasite introduced into your body from a sterile operation? Thanks.​

That’s what my doctors told me. It’s there for 3-4 years and no one noticed it, I’ve had more surgery’s on the ED because it’s broke 2-3 times. But I don’t want to share things that are not correct. It was a hard time for me to accept this and I push aside thinking about this.

They found some kind of slime around the ED, it got tested on bacteria but there weren’t any. My surgeons have never seen something like this before and they said it’s caused from a parasite and they where very small living organisms. They should be gone now but the slime is still there.​
