I have the perfect idea for the MATI tiktok. Take a video of someone going through the Walmart cheese aisle with Null angrily yelling "AMERICANS HAVE NO CHEESE" overlayed onto it. Thousands of Wisconsin zoomers will make reply TikToks in righteous anger, making MATI instantly viral.

I saved this because it’s the only good comment I’ve ever seen posted to R*ddit. It might be of some use to @Null for the R*ddit segment on MATI. Something tells me they wouldn’t be allowed to post anything like this these days.

I absolutely loved the China stream you did with that one guy and I enjoy Geopolitics discussion so I'm also curious if you think it is worth it cover anything like that as well.

If you do I would be willing to provide you with the interesting things in this thread. For example all the Shenanigans Turkey did to fuck with Sweden and Finland to stop them from joining NATO is hilarious to me.

That entire post is 100% accurate

I think my faith in the education system completely died when we had a faculty meeting where the Principal told us that we were no longer allowed to send black and Hispanics to in school suspension or detention for the foreseeable future because the superintendent was angry that the district numbers were so high. And to no ones surprise, the white bleeding heart teachers were nodding along agreeing with it while the black teachers were fucking livid.

That kiwi video at 8 minutes in made me think of scrabs from the Abe's Oddysee series.
 
I'm here to put a different spin on copyright hate.

I think where it really went wrong was computer software. In the early days there was a fight that was badacially "is computer software more like a movie or more like a list of directions for the computer". Things like directions and directories are not subject to copyright.

Somehow they said the literal list of instructions for the computer to execute (think about what a program is on the most basic conseptual level. You are literally just making a list of conditional directions for the computer to execute) was more than the sum of its parts and subject to copyright. That was clearly the beginning of the end. Keep in mind this was way before software would have contained any standalone art assets to complicate stuff. But, the fact that its subject copyright and subject to licensure and shit allows for all these crazy EULAs and shit like that.
