Just have a competent tard wrangler host the podcast, it's that damned simple. No shit a podcast hosted only by losers who have been forced to embrace the title of lolcow would do an awful job.
All a proper host would need to do is introduce the topics, poke whoever needs to be poked to talk more/less, bring things back on track, occasionally challenge one of the cows or give a one liner. Other than that just let the human embarrassments do their thing. It's really pretty straightforward stuff.
Format should be a (non retard) host, Boogie and Wings, and then either a rotating fourth person or guests. Sort out some recurring segments/gimmicks, make each episode have a relatively predictable flow and structure, baddabing baddaboom. Simple as, Keem.

You essentially need someone in the room with receipts challenging Boogie constantly, otherwise it becomes just yet another Boogie podcast flop where he talks 80% of the time, and Boogie is boring when monologuing and not being squeezed and called out on BS. As we've seen, Wings is perfectly willing to play backseat and let Boogie do most the talking (about himself), and Tommy C somehow makes Boogie worse by constantly interjecting and running damage control and just overall being annoying as fuck.
It reminds me of that story he made up where he Tweeted at 10pm that a girl (same girl? tattoo hands one?) "Totally was coming over guys, but she hit black ice and crashed on a bridge, please be careful out there!" trying to pretend he's concerned for peoples safety, but really was just baiting people into asking "Wait, you had a GIRL coming over Boogie?! Do tell!" The way he twists things around are so transparent its pathetic.
Also, this. Lowcow Podcast seems like Keem is just trying to set up another payday of some sort, maybe build up tension for another shitty boxing match because the podcast was boring as hell.

It was ok, TommyC needs to shut the fuck up more and Wings weirdly was one of the best parts of it. Further thoughts below

7:19 - boogie talks about how he used to wake up and be angry constantly in his 20s but not anymore. - x to doubt you rage infused monster ham planet
12:24 -Wings points out that Boogie could have used escort money to pay off the house Boogie mentions him being suicidal. - Mark your bingo cards. Also reasonably insightful point from wings.
13:30 - Boogie's best idea: Drugs. - Uses big words, blah blah drugs for boogie cause must cooooonsuuum. He mentions work with the therapist at this point.... questionable timing? did boogie possibly lie? color me shocked.
16:20 -How much money did you spend on pussy? - Good question from Wings, but boogie replied 40k in the last 3 years. Boogie said he cant afford it shortly before that. Clum's doc said between 2018-2021 but Boogie is saying 2020 - 2023. Interesting....

It is really clear that TommyC is trying to position himself as the wrangler, and thus above the other cows. He is clearly trying to replicate what mutahar did on the RTU stream the other day, or what turkey tom did in june where he clearly and consistently points out boogie's lies with evidence and confidence. The problem is TommyC is legit retarded so he completely fails to do this otherwise simple task with any grace or precision. The guy therefore is somehow stupider than boogie (if less evil) and just becomes annoying in this podcast as he flails ever more desperately at everything boogie says.
Wings was the standout and very professional about this all, this and his reaction to the docu stream show he really does have the foundations to be genuinely likable despite all his bullshit. He just needs to stay positive mentally which is easier said than done for him.

I love the wings redemption arc that this year has been for him, I’ve never understood why he got bullied so badly online to me in the years I’ve known about him he’s been likeable but boring just playing games . His reaction video to the doc was great though he made a ton of money on it

Wings has (or had?) the dubious honor of having a "detractor community" that is much more retarded than he is. Lots of underage, people who want to harass venues where he appears, lots of idiots and lots of infighting. Basically a community that tries to create the lulz when their tard monkey isn't dancing for them. I'm not sure what his critic community looks like these days, this is just recollection from years ago.
Maybe he has done some shitty stuff, I don't know Wings that well, but to me he is basically just a big fat baby that has funny reactions to losing at video games. He can also lay on a little charm sometimes, and when he's beating Boogie to a pulp how can you not cheer for him a little.
I said the same thing about Wings on this Boogie thread a couple years ago and got sort of flamed for it, I was linked videos of him begging for money only to spend it on stupid shit iirc. To me he seems to make a lot of nonsense excuses while being shitty at video games, but nothing to the level of Boogie. Ive never seen him manipulate people or flat out lie to the degree Melon has. Maybe if I didn't know about Boogie I'd think Wings is horrible, but in contrast they aren't even comparable in 2023 anymore.

The main difference is where they started their downfall and what was their community.
Wings had this hardcore COD player community, who can be bantsy and messing with you on a good day. Let alone when you start to rage openly. He was never that mainstream to begin with, so he basically got stomped on hard because he became an acceptable target to hate fast.
Boogie was really beloved and had a wide audience in the early days. In fact, he had a caring audience he destroyed by his constant need of his narcissistic supply. So the people who cared either went away or became bitter on the constant "pity me" outbursts. People can only do you so much one sided emotional labor before they get annoyed.

his latest uploads seem to already be losing momentum:
while I anticipate his next video may be a documentary extended scene to try and gain some of that momentum back, his last documentary related upload didn't really pull in impressive numbers. his gta 6 video actually performed better:
he's already approaching an impasse with his channel. the 100k - 200k spike in views from the documentary buzz are likely done for and the views are dropping, which is to be expected.
he's also back to delisting videos, axing one million views worth of videos.
he keeps patting his ass for refraining from talking about drama.
but he knows drama generates clicks so it's something that will always be in his back pocket regardless of how many times he preaches about being done with drama. I won't be surprised if something happens on the podcast eventually which results in a main channel video to address something he said or got called out for.
I'm refraining from full judgement on the podcast until I see this "reply episode" that has been talked about. boogie basically ticked all the boxes for his average podcast appearance and they talked about a lot of things that have already been discussed to death, so I found it a bit boring. if it weren't for the @ThatDarnIrishMan watch party stream, I probably would have clicked off. if muta is part of the reply episode, then I am curious as to how he responds to boogie pushing this narrative that he's terrified of muta and his audience.
