According to SocialBlade, he deleted them on the 23rd. 290 million views gone, like tears in the rain. I wonder if he's migrating to another platform and he's left up the vids that are still getting views or if he's going all in on the Lotus Eaters and has only left a few vids that he feels are representative of his 'new' brand.

The Thinkery is apparently untouched, the vids where he went to bat for Da'esh/ISIS and, separately, Amos Yee are still up. He's probably forgotten about the channel since he hasn't posted anything at all there for 6 months and the only vids in the last year were a handful of him streaming a dinosaur game.

Deleting videos doesn't change the fact he implied Jess Philips was unrapeable due to being fugly and that he doesn't like white niggers. That will live with him forever a long with his search bar revealing he liked prostitutes and he thirsts after trannys.

Edit: I can only come to the conclusion that Sargon would rape Jess Philips if she was a tranny (don't know if he prefers post or pre op).

Sargon of Akkad explains why he deleted a lot of his videos with a new main channel upload. Apparently he was trying to reapply for monitisation and YouTube was flagging most of his videos as "hate speech", so he decided to remove all the videos to see if they will re-monitise him. It seems like he is doing it to prove a point like Null with the Tier 1 provider stuff. He has in turn made a new Rumble where he will be putting out "Doomscrolling" livestreams in the future. In the comments he also posted that he archives all of his deleted content on his BitChute.

Jesus Fucking Christ, Carl's most boomeryest boomer moment yet, and it's just fucking ruined his life's greatest achievement: his Youtube channel.

The BitChute archive is broken. It DOES NOT WORK. For one thing, it was never a complete archive. The oldest video on there is from July 2017. The first three years of his Youtube career (2014-2017) are wholly absent.

Of those that remain, only some of his videos play and can be downloaded with third-party tools. A great many of them do not play at all. The older videos, in particular, do not play.

The track lengths on some of these videos appear as "00:00". And when I click to play them, they just buffer forever. The barbers' pole progress bar just sits there and does nothing.

Attempting to download these videos with yt-dlp returns several 404 errors:

What the hell is even going on here? It looks like it's trying to download the video with peer-to-peer technology? - even though the Wikipedia article says BitChute deprecated that years ago.

Some of the newer videos do appear to have valid track lengths, but return weird empty files when trying to download them.

Note that there are other videos on Bitchute (including some on Carl's channel) where I *can* get it to work. This is not a yt-dlp problem. The Bitchute archive is just broken.


For what it's worth, it would have been so easy to just back them up on Odysee, or back them up on the Rumble channel he's currently using. He didn't give it a moment's thought before taking these things off the Internet forever, not even to double-check the Bitch Chute channel to make sure everything on it's still working.

Carl didn't even private them. In order to stay in the censors' good graces, he deleted them outright.

Note that it is still possible to get them back after this (Vinesauce Joel and Linus Tech Tips both asked staff to get their channel content back after hackers deleted it all), but he's going to have to beg Youtube staff to undelete his stuff before it gets overwritten to save space on the server.

Why does it matter? It's only Sargon. Well, thousands of people still want to watch these videos. Moreover, I found them to be an invaluable time capsule of what was going on during that time period, especially for assessing whether mid-2010s wokery is better or worse than mid-2020s wokery. Not many right-leaning creators were as prolific as him during the former period, nor did they tap into the pulse of goings-on quite as well as Carl did.

So yeah, I wanted those videos to stay up for the sake of – if nothing else – historical posterity, God dammit! If I'd known he was going to delete them, I'd have written a script to download as large of an archive as possible. And yes, I am arse-mad at Carl for taking them down to appease the censors. Give me all the top hats in world, IDGAF. And I actually cancelled my Lotus Eaters subscription over this. Yes, I had a subscription to that site, which many people point out is lacking in the charm of Carl's old channel (and even I never liked the look of their new studio). Go ahead and laugh.

There might be more than one of these, but in this one he talks about the horrors of making people work for their benefits, and appears to be lifting his talking points directly from Cameron's Conference Rap.

I've been on a kick of going through old commentary videos lately and boy this guy truly was a product of the time. Spending like 20 minutes to say nothing but people thinks he must be because he goes on and on. If there was an award for faux intellectuals he'd be taking home the prize every year. Someone needs to teach him the expression 'Shit or get off the pot'. Or maybe 'Brevity is the soul of wit' because this man is a vampire that feeds on people's time.

Yeah I bought this up to sargon defenders a lot, the fact that he has so many channels and I primarily saw it as greedy britnigger moneygrubbing, trying to make as many channels as possible to profit as much as possible from the few scraps of fame he got from gamergate. He had 5 channels by 2016, it wasnt even a trend to have 3 channels like it is now where every tuber has 3 channels to maximize profit. His defenders still cite those actions as him starting a business and profit good actually, even if it was so blatantly greedy. Apparently I dont know how to run a business, which might be true cause Im a principles nigger but this is just beyond the pale.
 
I can't stand the roly-poly buffoon. Every debate Carl was involved in began with him putting on his intellectual airs but by the 20 minute mark everything had descended into chaos and he was flinging turds and telling people he wouldn't rape them.
