This is interesting, and has me thinking a bit here.

I live close to one of the meme-tier lefty shitholes that comes up often in discussions, and as a result a lot of my friends are varying degrees of normie/lib/NPC regarding politics. Nothing too insufferable or cringe, thankfully doesn't come up often (especially not to me lmao), but the kind of people to unironically listen to NPR, maybe watch a segment on CNN, in 2020 some comments about "now finally the adults are back in charge over Drumpf", you get the idea.

More than once, different people I know have made off-hand comments on Biden that wouldn't be out of place in this thread. Nothing touching on corruption or scandals or his policies, exactly, but one might have actually used the phrase "senile retard". Until now it just amused me, but I'm starting to think back to when I first heard people in """polite""" company openly criticize Biden, when that line started being crossed. Your specific term, "self-reinforcing", might be particularly relevant especially with a full year to ramp up to the election itself.

Those same people will still say he's better than Trump... I heard it this weekend.

> Well what did Trump do that was so much better? I don't get why you like that idiot.

Nothing you show ill satisfy them either, it's like Yuri Bezemov went on about with complete demoralization.

That is probably why he is gonna run and win in 2028. Dude looks the part, has confidence in what he says (meaning he gives off that he right no matter what, you are the one who is wrong), does not back down, and does not take evidence as a reason to change. Low IQ and midwits will fall in line behind him.
I think @MrJokerRager posted this.

Newsom will get that retarded wine mom vote and AWFL vote and non white women that hate white men openly but secretly want to have sexual liaisons with them vote.

Meanwhile DeCucktis continues on his path of running for the Prime Ministership of Israel in the wrong country.

This is more like it. I wanna see other senators say "cash me outside" and shit. Make politics more like the WWE.

It is a bit more fundiemental than that. Biden was precariously close to crossing the 36% threshold when they began doctoring the numbers. They rose it a little above that then have held it static since.

The 36% threshold is an unofficial term denoting the point in polling where a candidate or political office holder becomes non-viable. Effectively its the point where public sentiment against them becomes self-reinforcing and impossible to improve. And it is the unofficial point where foreign leaders will cease dealing with that person and the nation they represent if that person is the highest office.

Essentially, it's the point where other countries get to stop pretending Biden was actually elected. And it's the point that his approval is too low to pretend to ignore it.

Soooo they have kept it right where it is in blatant violation of all historical precedence.
Question how long you think they have been doctoring this one? And how low is the approval according to your experience?

Oh, don't get it twisted nigga, I'm not wasting breath on the ones who won't have their minds changed. I have friends who enjoy actual discussion and want to take in information, and ones who enjoy crowing about the opinions they all share anyway, and thankfully the latter don't shove it into all the hobbies we share.

What I find interesting is the idea that Biden is so unappealing that criticism doesn't get emotionally dismissed outright. It's not "oh that's just Fox News propaganda" but instead a cope like "well Trump sucked too!", which says to me there's at least a subconscious acceptance that Biden is a poor prospect. I certainly expect that for 90% of people it won't morph into an evaluation of their political principles, but instead they'll keep that "well Biden was still better than Trump, he was the worst!" while backing whatever new D candidate shows up.

What I wonder is, if people get to that point AND Biden is the one on the ballot for 2024, do we see a real deflation in voter turnout? Maybe it's not so wild they're trying to lynch Trump with court cases, they might be hosed otherwise, throw away a few of your pawns and at least roll the dice.

Their focus, really – America isn’t trying to fight to protect Ukraine. It’s fighting for the last Ukrainian to be exhausted in what they’d hoped would be depleting Russia’s military
This actually I agree with I do think that's one of our strategies

New hit piece on Trump: Vanity fair accuses a Trump staffer of having forged POTUS orders to withdraw from foreign empire building.

https://archive.ph/wZlta

Once you read the article, you find out that isn't what happened and in fact Trump did give the order but because it was a straight up direct "we leaving pack up the bags and start up the car" instead of a 20 page long plan made by a committee with the help of a Think Tank and MIC representatives the Pentagon refused and fought back, and since this was as Trump was leaving after they stole the election Trump gave up to not make things worse for him.

Bonus points for the golems who wrote this going all "oh Trump supporters reading this will see it as him being sabotaged by the deep state but ACKHUSALLY it shows he is a horrible president because he gave a order and expected people to obey instead of clearing up with the deep state if he could give such a order."

The ballot deadline has already passed for half a dozen important swing states.

They're stuck with Biden for 2024 unless he dies and it goes to convention.

Which could happen because he looks and sounds worse by the day.

Pffft you act like the DNC rules are actual rules. The rules are what ever the bigwigs of the DNC want them to be at that exact moment depending on the current agenda.

If they get a better option then Biden it won't matter when that person steps forward 10 seconds before the convention they will just roll with it. After all it's not like the Vote Blue No Matter Who Democrats will do anything more then bitch and moan. They will vote for whoever is on the ballot come hell or high water.

Now of course they don't actually have anyone to step forward, hence all the Micheal pro Michelle Obama and Hilldawg articles begging for them to step forward and run. The whole DNC apparatus absolutely reeks of desperation and lack of ability but they still have the full institutional power behind them.

Which makes me scared.

The problem is when they act like they want to have a discussion but shut down the minute you press them or just ignore anything you actually say.

The whole playing a pigeon at chess thing, you know?

From Article 1 Section 9
Hey retard, as a FYI, don't cite the Constitution without thinking. Article 1 refers to the powers of the Legislature, not the Executive. Congress does have the right to suspend Habeas Corpus, as occurred in 1863. Lincoln, with his suspension in 1861, did not legally have the power. Famously, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Maryland ruled this and Lincoln just ignored it.

Nimrata Haley wants more immigrants to depress wages for her Boeing overlords. If you ever have a faggot ie a politician trying this shit in front of you just start chanting "Americans first!" You can tell the audience just doesn't agree with the boss bitch.

Trump remembers his sister, and there's a sadness to it as he realizes everyone around him gets fucked just because he ran for president. She was a liberal but didn't seem to outright hate her brother like his niece does and yet she still got dragged through the mud.

Might explain why things like the guy shooting up the Congressional baseball game where so drastically downplayed.

That was downplayed because it was intentional "stochastic terrorism." The left always accuses others of what it is doing, and they deliberately use inflammatory language designed to push unhinged people to over the line to commit acts of violence against us. The Senate baseball shooter, the pooner school shooter, the guy who shot a chud in his MAGA hat, the Dallas BLM assassin, etc, those are the kinds of outcomes they're going for when they amp up the dehumanizing hysterics. But they don't want people to realize that's what they're doing, so they keep the attention on utterly banal statements by Republican politicians.

Any other President that went through 5 army commanders as Lincoln did in the span of 2 years would have at that point been hanged, drawned, and quartered. You cannot tell me Lincoln was able in the role of Commander in Chief.

Despite how it's been used in the GWOT, "General" isn't supposed to be an honorific title to be handed out to midwit incompetents to reward them for political loyalty. It's a job to do, and people who can't do it need to be fired and replaced with people who can get shit done. Of all the criticisms I've seen of Lincoln, "He fired generals who were incapable of winning the war" is a new one.
