You could make some shithot Wheelchair designs (especially for electric powered chairs) if you were into that sort of thing, like real futuristic looking shit, or basically any theme you could think of.
Think American Chopper but Wheelchairs, there's no reason they have to look shit.
The key would be getting them manufactured at a price point that wouldn't exclude everyone but rich people.
I daresay if you could come up with a proper business plan you'd be able to get capital for a startup, it's the sort of thing virtue signaling "philanthropists" would love to be seen supporting.

What I find so interesting about the whole ‘I imagined myself being the woman in porn, so now I’m trans’ thing is that, well, women who use porn don’t really seem to think that way. It’s a very male thing to think ‘god I wish that were me’ in any capacity while watching porn. I’m sure that there are women who feel that way, but they aren’t the norm.
