Between multiple counts (I believe the US courts had 16 charges, and he did break no less than 3 sections of the penal code which also include caning) and a propensity to re-offend (he did say he was gonna fuckin do it again, while on parole at that, no less!) I believe he might get the upper end of that.

Also, Singapore law states that ALL strokes have to be dealt out in a single session, whether it's 2 or 22 strokes. Rest assured, he ain't sitting down for a week or more after that.

What he did shouldn't even be a crime at all. Lots of people say they should cut him some slack because he's not that much older than her. Really it should be legalized for a 40 or 50+ year old man to have sexual interaction with a 14 year old or even younger girl.
