Just trying to listen to those streams in their entirety took conscious effort and I was able to do that while doing whatever I needed/wanted to be doing those days, and that was with being able to pause/1.5-2x them as needed. I don't think I would have been able to do it if I had to just sit there and do it in real time. Yes, there were fun/exciting portions, but most days there were hours and hours of boring bullshit and for the most part they weren't talking over that beyond bits of relevant commentary during quiet moments. They weren't just hanging out and shooting the shit. Being 'on' like that for 8-12 hours a day for weeks on end isn't something I think I'd be able to do. Maybe with a modafinil script and tens of thousands of dollars rolling in I could make it work but without those I just can't imagine doing it

I don't want to nose guard here, but I feel like I need to. I think Nick once brought this up, maybe on a stream or a locals stream, but streaming is actually pretty exhausting. I did content creation before, under different names, and you have to be constantly "on." You have to constantly be aware that you have to be interacting, in some manner, with guests, the content your commenting on, watching chat, on top of potential interactions you're having behind the scenes that are happening while your on camera, and if Nick was an actual professional, also keeping notes on the side (similar to what Destiny does). Nick admittingly does the bare minimum, but that still takes effort.
I don't understand why he doesn't cut his streams to 3 times a week... like a Monday, Wednesday, Friday kind of thing. Streaming every night clearly is too much work for him, and the lazy ass can't find good enough legal shit to cover every night anyway. Streaming 3 nights a week would actually have his audience waiting for his shows again, and he would have a day to prep for his shows. (Prep for his shows... who am I kidding?!)
