A big symptom of dyspraxia is low muscle tone, which is likely where she's getting this chronic back pain bullshit from. That can be enough of an issue for some people with the disorder to the point it can affect speech and eyesight (eye muscle and tongue control muscle weakness) but for any exerciseable muscle it can be improved through both physical and occupational therapy.
