Holy shit 2023 specifically has been devastating for Nick. Age, or something else like say the alcoholism/heavy drug use, has hit the man like a truck. Between the clip from the start of 2023 to now he seems to have lost weight and is losing his hairline, while having gained a smoker voice that gets worse as the night's drinking goes on.
