To all you newfags who can't comprehend how Josh has been reduced to shitting outdoors in trash bags, and why he doesn't do anything to fix the problem—or at least come up with a slightly more comfortable and dignified solution—let me introduce you to the constant refrain that echoes through this thread:
"It's not that Polissa can't; it's that Polissa won't." There are countless things Polissa could do to improve her lot, but she always has an excuse for why she can't do them, and they always boil down to, "That's work, and I don't wanna do it."
This applies to Josh as well, though occasionally he does make a sincere, if cack-handed effort to actually do something useful.
That said, however, he's the bigger retard of the two by a good margin, and therefore I often suspect that, for him, it more often is a matter of can't, not won't. He can't think his way out of a paper bag—or out of shitting in a trash bag outdoors.
Brother @retard strength II is right; shitting in a bag like he already lives in a homeless camp is right about Josh's true level, and it's only by some miracle that it's taken him this long to finally reach it.

You know he isn't. It'd be wonderful to think that he's using thick plastic bags, sealing them properly and putting them in the bin, but in reality it's going to be that scene from The Visit where there's just a giant pile of used adult nappies left lying around and rotting.
The fact is that while Joh is indeed intellectually impaired, he's such a nasty, unpleasant fuck that he's destroyed pretty much every relationship he has. Probably the only remote chance for a positive life for him would be joining some kind of social program, where a psychiatrist determines the most effective stabilising medication possible combined with intensive therapy and social support, along with stable short term housing provided until he's well enough to be released into a less intensive, but still ongoing community support program.
But even if a program like this existed in his area- or even America proper, for that matter, it still wouldn't work because Joh doesn't want to do it. @Android raptor has listened to me slag and pontificate upon BDP many times, but she's never called me a self righteous, know it all cunt because her little community has exactly the same problem that my little community has: the people in it don't want to change. No therapy, treatment, medication or support in the world will make a fraction of a difference to paraphiles, autistics, personality disorders, addicts etc if the patient utterly refuses to believe that they are the problem, not everyone else.
Only part of Joh's problems are because of low IQ, untreated diabetes and susceptibility to manipulation from people like Polissa. Joh is a nasty, erratic, stupid, stupid man who treats everyone around him like shit but is always shocked when their patience and tolerance finally runs out.
