Happy Halloween! We have a new episode
Ross calls it "Turkish Resident Evil". I'm intrigued
Nice video but the intro made me expect a far cooler game than generic demon conspiracy. The game is pretty plain in just about everything and a step down compared to Martian Gothic.

Watching the two back to back, I agree. The game had something going, as far as a more combat heavy RE clone with demons and a new world order, but...well, Ross went over why it didn't work. Shame, I guess there is a reason why Turkey just isn't a major player in Gaming

Is Ross still working on "The Movie"? I haven't heard him mention it in awhile.

I first thought the game was from 01 or 02 at the latest.
When Scott said it was from 07, I was shocked.

Worst and best Game Dungeon episode for you guys?
My favorite has to be Phantasmagoria 2, with Boppin' as the worst. (I like the guest, and I know he knows his shit, but he's an absolute charisma vacuum.)

It’s not bad necessarily, but I remember being bored watching Messiah.

For his best, I always felt Strife, Polaris Snocross, Rama, and Deus Ex are easy contenders.

Agreeing with the others that his worst episodes are usually forgotten by me and are usually more "meh" than truly bad. If we include "hard to watch" in that category, I have to say the "Life is Strange" episode. Mind you NOT because of Ross but because the game is all kinds of navel-gazing millennial/zoomer cringe and Ross is like the poor old grandpa forced to interact with it. His "Conquest Earth" video was pretty painful too: it felt more like collective suffering than anything (and I usually love his RTS stuff).

Speaking of episodes I like that haven't been brought up, "Baldies" may be one of my favorites (again, I love old RTS games). "Veil of Darkness" has a couple of quotes I've started using daily (his bit about silver market manipulation came out of nowhere and made me laugh way too hard). "Sonic Heroes" came out of left-field and was a video I could watch with people who don't know/care about Ross (how I introduced a ton of friends to him).

I'll make up a third category of "Most Important Episodes". "Armed and Delirious" shows just by how apeshit 90s adventure games can get (along with introducing us to Israeli game development). "Bip Bop" because Ross resurrected a game from the dead (even if the game was rather pointless). His Deus Ex episodes and the associated follow-up episode also touch on some serious stuff which is both entertaining and informative (but we all knew that already).

Super cult tycoon is the one o have seen the least.
Messiah is one of my favorite, because when I saw he reviewing it, all my memories came back. I saw that game box art everywhere when I was a kid.

Super Cult Tycoon was probably my favorite with how detailed he got into starting a cult...
I legit want to make a cult tycoon game with how Ross described it. Everything close is either too abstract or pozzed.

About best episode, I'm torn between The Crew, Veil of Darkness and Black Mirror. The worse I can think of is Legend of Kyrandia purely for not doing a full playthrough.
