They talk behind the scenes and Fag Smith realizes Fanny Willis is dumber than he thought, they have no case in GA, the leaked Jebba Ellis video shows they have nothing, and it will make DC look even worse and blatant. The MAL case is looking DOA and the New York Stormy Daniels case will be delayed because they don't want to go first. This should also make it easier for SCOTUS to say "a delay on the gay."

Jack Smith and that Commie Jamaican Judge's case in DC is probably going to end up being delayed, if for no other reason than the Motion to Dismiss Based on Presidential Immunity. Now, I'm not going to go into the legal merits, especially since the Commie-Nog judge will deny, and the DC Circuit of Appeals reads like a Frankfurt School Fanclub Roster, so this fucker will have to go up to the Supremes. Now, in most cases of appeals, the appeals happen AFTER final disposition, as in, after the case is resolved. So normally the threat of an appeal is a non-issue and wouldn't stop the show trial.

However, disputes involving immunity must be resolved prior to trial, because if the official has immunity they cannot be subject to prosecution or trial. Therefore in cases where the accused has asserted immunity (qualified, judicial, or other) the issue of whether or not immunity applies must be adjudicated first. Otherwise the accused would be subject to the irreparable harm of prosecution and the hazards of a trial in which the Court had no jurisdiction. You can't go back in time and un-try someone that never was under your purview in the first place.

Now I know that DC wants to put this on a rocket-docket, but there is simply no way that even the DC Appeals Circuit can manage to get a ruling out as fast as they would want. There are deadlines and schedules that they can't work around that will place minimums on them - and meanwhile you can bet your ass that if the trial isn't administratively stayed as a matter or course that Trump will motion for it. There is precious little case law on Presidential immunity (since nobody has been retarded enough to try charging one) but the precedent on every other form of immunity should force the issue. The DC Appeals Circuit wouldn't be able to get a decision out before the start of summer, and then it'd be going up to the Supremes, and they wouldn't even be doing oral arguments before October.

I just have a really hard time visualizing any of these going anywhere in time to deliver the fait accompli that the Uniparty wants. Sure, its sapping money and attention from Trump, but he's managing to judo toss that into more free press and campaign fodder for himself. Unless they actually escalate to throwing him in jail (another huge can of worms) I'm not sure how they are going to stop him.

Tell that to Douglass Mackey who was tried in NY despite never living there, and the alleged "crime" happening in Florida, and is now on the railroad to prison.
They don't give a shit how lawless they work.

Not directly politics, but I just noticed this at the top of the AP page. Times must be getting tough if they're soliciting the average Joe for donations and not just large donors like charitable trusts and foundations:

Why am I being asked to donate to The Associated Press?
The Associated Press is an independent, not-for-profit news organization dedicated to factual reporting. Founded in 1846, the AP today remains the most trusted source of fast, accurate, unbiased news in all formats and the essential provider of the technology and services vital to the news business. No organization does more to advance the power of facts.

Your one-time donation helps us produce independent, nonpartisan journalism seen by 4 billion people every day.

Does my donation entitle me to any tax relief or charitable donation deduction?
Donations to the AP are not charitable donations and therefore are not tax deductible. They are not eligible for “gift aid” in the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction worldwide.
It’s not a 501(c)(3) so its status as ‘not-for-profit’ is highly questionable.

“Not-for-profit” is one of those weird turns of phrase that is supposed to make you think “non-profit” but actually has a legal distinction. It basically means that they don’t operate as a profit-driven enterprise like a proper corporation, but if they just happen to make a profit, they’ll keep it.

Jamie Dimon called Nikki Haley about cutting federal benefit programs

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley says she got a call from JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon about the national debt level and on cutting federal retirement and medical insurance programs.
In case anyone needs to be reminded, Jamie Dimon was the money man behind Jeffery Epstein.

She's still wanted for her involvement in the Hong Kong riots. Organized the US State Dept of course.

Hah, god, it'd be hilarious (in a honk honk clown world sort of way) if they just yeeted her off the streets. They have an entire plane of CCP goons and Biden isn't going to do shit. I could absolutely see her going missing and oh gosh golly gee mysteriously she must have decided to travel to China and face charges for her crimes against the state.

They're not just going to try and have the trials going on during the election; if he wins, they will be trying him during his Presidency.

Calling it now, the day after he's inaugurated, it will be 4 years of perpetual impeachments.

Much as I like the Left fighting itself, American Jews should have been smart enough to realize a bunch of Muslim representatives do not represent their interests.

Before 7/10 they never had to care -
They could subvert their host to death and scuttle off to the chosen land -
Hamas derailed that plan a bit.

They were promising impeachments from the moment he won last time, when he literally hadn't done anything other than be elected, and let's not forget the number of times impeachment was waved as a threat against Obama and Bush prior. It's like your entire political class has been obsessed with impeachments since Clinton. Every time a politician wants to be noticed, they cry about impeaching the president, or a judge, or some other trophy position. It's a wonder the US government gets anything at all done.
