That sounds at least like Odysee could stay a decent free speech platform.
Kauffman has also not said anything about the conclusion of the auction.
I am starting to think the new owner might be a LBRY affiliated insider.

When will we finally know who owns it now?

Graf lied and went to the TOOL concert, it did cost him thousands of dollars after all. I'm glad I'm not a Poast user gambling on my instance's survival on a man who can't count star points.

That doesn't make any sense at all. Specifically, the no hardware was seized part. What in his house other than the computers would be evidence he was hosting CSAM? What isn't he disclosing here?

Did they take a forensic disk image onsite but actually leave the hardware behind?

Because executing a search warrant and NOT bothering with the actual evidence would be nonsensical.

He isn't being fully honest here.
