Mexico's first non-binary legislator found dead - There is a plot twist... you guessed right, probably.

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Mexico has gotten a retarded president nobody respects and whose party rose up from not being respected to being a major coalition, mostly by appealing to the middle class with gibs

In the process he has tried to appease cartels, which culimnated in more violence and recently, the 2019 Culiacan gunbattle that ended up liberating a cartel kid

Because of that unpopularity, and initial middle class support, some genderspecials got empowered to stir shit up in their relatively (lmao not anymore) safe cities, probably with globo homo money, the internet lead to this shit being suprisingly widespread for the country, but as many can guess, its still a shithole where genderspecial issues end up distracting from the myriad of shit that ends up happening

Grifters on both sides have used the autism to ignore or downplay everything else in the country, signaling that the enforcement or complete eradication of gender autism will fix or break society, much to the detriment of 99% of the population who dont care and just dont want to be decapitated in a ditch

Haven't more people been killed in Mexico than Afghanistan in the past 20 years? But Mexican gender activists are mad about this one possible murder? What is this the Mexican version of BLM ignoring black on black crime?
Troons vastly inflate their persecution and experience of violence for being a troon. Being trans becomes the reasoning for anything bad that ever happens to them, allowing them to feed their victimhood fantasies while displacing any idea that they could be random chance, or even more likely consequences of their own poor actions. They pretend to have no agency the same way they pretend about their sex.

For all their bleating about a trans genocide, it's all lies. But the moment one of their own experiences actual violence they immediately try and use it to attack their enemies. They have no facts on their side, so they claim every dead troon is because of other people, including suicides, because transphobia is just so oppressive that it's the root of all violence towards them, even from themselves.

So when they see a dead tranny, they don't see anything other than another weapon to use against their enemies - people who say no to them. Died of violence? Transphobia. Facts don't support that? They don't care, they don't live in a world of facts. In this case, two corpses equals two victims of transphobia, and the inconvenient truth that the genderspecial was not only not the victim of a hate crime, but also (almost definitely) murdered his partner then himself shouldn't get in the way of a chance to pin it on an opponent.

Tl;dr: It's not quite the same, it's more how BLM will cite rates of black victimhood and blame it all on white supremacy and racism while ignoring who by far most of the perpetrators are, how much more per capita they are responsible for those crimes against other races, and what a black victim was doing before that contributed to their death, eg overdosing on fentanyl or trying to carjack someone.

Eeeeeh, I don´t want to play devil´s advocate but for everyone in the thread that are talking about what the autorithy said about the case and the colorful brigade not believing anything, unfortunately in Mexico a lot of fabricated cases, specially in gruesome murders of women, people related to powerful characters, and LGBT, a year ago I read about a gay activist who was literally crucified and tortured and those fucking police guys almost ruled out as suicide, so, I understand the skepticism.
This case is kinda interesting, actually, but, oh well, it´s fucking beanerland and the news are gonna forget it in 1 and a half day (or less) Rest in Peace Magistrade, you where so cringe for the 2 weeks of popularity you have it

Here is more info I promised. I waited for more to be released to the public, so I'm starting with a thread I read earlier explaining the possible timeline of events (source). I'm translating directly from twitter to make it easier to follow (and faster for me), with some minor corrections.

Context: it's mostly speculation, but the person making the thread holds the theory that the guy in question is the murderer despite Mexico authorities have been claiming he's the victim instead and the evidence contradicts the official version.

(tweets in cursive, my notes in normal):

1/15 I'm opening a thread with the chronological order in which the events occurred, with all the information, tests and evidence available, which demonstrate that Jesús Ociel Baena Saucedo, alias "El Magistrade" was actually the perpetrator and his partner Dorian Daniel Nieves Herrera, the victim.
img-2023-11-18-22-44-09.png

2/15 As the official report states, they start to argue in bed, and in a sudden outburst of anger, Ociel slits Dorian's throat with a single cut, causing him to start bleeding right there. But such is his (Dorian) fear that instead of defending himself, he rather runs down to the living room.

Video says:
-they found a big blood stain on the bed and big mess of blankets on one side of it.
-Next to the blankets, the stains look like droplets.
-They think these are the first stains made because they moved outside the bedroom.

3/15 But why did Ociel have a blade in his hands? It is known that to cut some drugs, it's very common to use a (disposable) blade. And as the autopsy revealed traces of drugs in their bodies, this explains the reason for the improvised weapon. It means, it was not premeditated.

FTR, I'm not sure how you call this, but this is the weapon and I'm calling it a blade from now on.
img-2023-11-18-23-05-51.png

4/15 This first act is corroborated by the description of the type of wound Dorian had on his neck.
No one commits suicide by making a wound in the trachea, at the level of the Adam's apple; with such a clean and precise execution that it does not require another attempt. Harakiri?

Guy in video is explaining what's the official conclusion: the one who cut his own throat was the boyfriend. They are confirming he was found with one single cut on his neck (made after he killed the other guy). This is the official version.

5/15 When Dorian gets to the living room (followed by Ociel), and after having already lost too much blood, he falls struck down and finally dies. Immediately afterwards, and horrified by what he has just done, Ociel decides to commit suicide with the same knife that he still carries in his hands...

(yellow circle says "where is the weapon?".
Gonna come back to this pic when I get to #10

6/15 And despite trying repeatedly (19 times) he doesn't succeed. Partly because of how scared he is, his own cowardice, and the fact that the blade isn't sharp enough. (It is known that those who commit suicide cut themselves multiple times to gain courage, before achieving it).

Video says:
-they found 20 wounds. 19 were superficial wounds made likely by a disposable blade.

7/15 So Ociel drops the blade on the floor, goes back up to the room, opens the drawer, takes a new blade, takes the box that was found next to him, goes down again to the living room, lies down next to Dorian, lies down, cuts his own throat, and finally bleeds to death.

Video confirms that someone went up and down the stairs to get a new blade and kill himself. They affirm it was the boyfriend.

8/15 The Evidence (*for the thread's claims):
The first blade was found approximately 1 meter from Ociel's feet. It is the one with which he murdered Dorian and with which he later tried to take his own life. The second was found clenched in his left hand and was the one with which he finally committed suicide.

The hand on the second pic has been identified as Ociel's hand due to the bracelets. See #9 below:

9/15 Ociel's fingers.
The proof of Ociel being the one who manipulated the blades are the wounds he caused himself on his fingers. Dorian never touched any of the blades. He just bled from the bedroom to the living room. And as proof of this, the blood on the bed must be his.

Video claims they found wounds on boyfriend's fingers. But the hand with the wounded fingers it's not his hand (as proven that that one hand pictured with the blade belongs to Ociel)

img-2023-11-18-23-39-09.png
(check the bracelets with the pic above)

10/15 The prosecution is trying to manipulate us.
The proof that Jesús Figueroa (the prosecutor) is building up a narrative is the way he states that the other knife was found "at a certain distance from Dorian", insinuating that he used it, which is FALSE. Since it is even further away from him than the first one.

Video has the prosecutor saying that Ociel had a blade in his left hand, while the boyfriend had one "close to him". Specifically, the conversation goes like this:

woman: so, each of them had a blade in their hands?
prosctr: eh, yes. The "magistrade" had a blade in his left hand and Dorian had another one but at certain distance from him.

Remember this pic?

img-2023-11-18-23-01-17.png
The pic with the bloody hand has that hand holding a blade. We know that hand belongs to Ociel. The picture shows him with that box next to his body (left bottom), but not blade. Also, in the video above the prosecutor CONFIRMS he was found with a blade in his left hand. It's not in the image.

11/15
Dorian (boyfriend)'s blood stains
The only way for Dorian to stain his shirt like this is if he was cut on his feet. Only in this way is possible to explain blood running from his throat to his feet.
Even his legs reveal how blood ran down.

img-2023-11-19-00-04-13.png

12/15 Ociel's blood stains.
The blood on his body is from the superficial wounds he caused himself. You can see how it runs down his torso to the floor and his legs are clean, meaning he hurt himself while lying down.
img-2023-11-19-00-06-02.png

13/15 The amount of blood.
Dorian is a big man, he shows little blood because most of it he lost it still in their bedroom and while he was walking. While Ociel, relatively smaller, bled to death right there, that's why there is a sea of blood under his body.

img-2023-11-19-00-06-33.png

14/15 (really not important tweet)

15/15 Until the moment of Dorian's death, there was not a single drop of Ociel's blood in the entire house.
They need to reveal:
1. The times of their respective deaths
2. DNA testing of the sheets
3. Images of Dorian's hands
4. Images of footprints on stairs

img-2023-11-19-00-12-59.png
"here Ociel dropped the first blade".

One thing comments point out:
Ociel's feet are clean while Dorian's feet aren't: that's likely because Dorian ran on his own blood while Ociel died bleeding lying down on one single spot. They haven't released pics of the stairs to show if the person going up and down had socks or not.

I'll post more when I find more, but I don't want to put much info on this post alone.

Shocking turn of events! Oh wait.

I get the feeling that activists aren't going to let this go easily. This has the perfect optics potential for their agenda, so facts be dammed. We've seen it before. Whole entire aspects of a case, of evidence and facts, being ignored in the name of narrative. (see matthew shepard) In some cases taking decades to get the known truth out to the public.

With all the crimes and murders going down down there, it's gross how much attention is being paid over a handful of letter people. Once again, some lives are more important than others. How much time, money and resources are going to be wasted, be "enough", for chasing wild tinfoil hat theories.. all based on the idea that "SOMETHING HAD TO HAVE HAPPENED BECAUSE....."
