And she's already failing. Everything in that thumbnail is carb heavy. The yogurt MIGHT be okay, but only if it's unsweetened (haha, I Crack myself up).

I thought the eggplant was potatoes. Okay, so not terrible. My apologies.Like eggplant, chicken and olives?
Gorls, we don't need to desperately nitpick at what she presents to us. Chantal's failing during the first hours of a health arc doesn't happen on camera.
Riiiight. Either she or Salah figured out how to rig that scale. This new "doiet" is reminiscent of the pre-portioned meals she got a few weeks before the trip to Thailand that lasted less than a week. And this one won't last any longer.
She won't listen. Cluster B's are infamous for their all or nothing approach to everything. It's their built-in failure mechanism.I don't seem to remember that white plastic serving tray from any of her previous vids.
Looks weird. Doubtful that she'd buy it for the purpose of serving her own meals. Probably that meal was bought, not home-made.
ETA:
OK, who'll tell the bitch that OMAD/IF is the worst possible diet for a diabetic?
She was on Vyvanse briefly a few years ago. She quit because not feeling hungry 24 hours per day made her anxious. No pharmaceutical option is going to work for someone like that. I imagine that if she went on Ozempic or Wegovy she would be at very high risk of developing an addiction to something else, which is known to happen to some patients on GLP-1 agonist therapy for weight loss.Although this is merely a monetizing diabetes arc, if she does have it it'll truly ruin her health eventually. Considering her severe personality limitations in my mind the only thing that has a shot of working on her is one of the GLP-1 agonists. Chantal has no ability to regulate her own behavior and follow through with long-term plans. You'd think that remembering to self-administer an injection every week and attending a doctor visit every few months would be a low bar to success, but she still found a way to sabotage it last time and she failed to power through the drug's initial side effects. That being said this is still the lowest bar to managing diabetes and her weight that exists out there. The idea that she could succeed at traditional weight loss and lifestyle changes is a complete fantasy, that's far beyond her capabilities. On Ozempic I believe there was also the issue that she could no longer use food as a coping mechanism. In her case developing more mature coping mechanisms is probably never going to happen and a more realistic solution would be for her to use other drugs like nicotine. She's already addicted to it and something like vaping has minimal negative health effects compared to being obese or smoking actual cigarettes. She needs to manage herself like you'd manage a toddler: you can't have expectations that are too high or it's doomed to failure from day one.
She was on ozempic briefly… then came Elshamy.. so, yeah, she did get another addiction. And stopped the ozempic..She was on Vyvanse briefly a few years ago. She's beyond help. Better to just laugh at her while you can before she carks it.
While I don't believe she actually fasted for 14 hours, it would be a stupid thing for someone with uncontrolled diabetes to do.DAY ONE OF TRYING TO REVERSE TYPE 2 DIABETES

This is why OMAD won't work either. She (and Amber) is used to eating all day, every day. She has absolutely nothing else going on in her life except eating. It's all she thinks about. Fuck, she even thinks about eating her next meal while eating the current one. She cannot do anything (go for a 45 minute car ride) without stressing about taking snacks or what food she can find on the way. She has already failed. She was on Vyvanse briefly a few years ago. She doesn't know what she has gotten herself into. She will need to eat like this for at least a year maybe two to see any sort of worthwhile change in her health. 365 days a year, no cheating allowed since she is so unhealthy. Good luck with that.View attachment 5506895
She’s miserable lmao
