That "warning" he gave to not just Tom but "the other drama idiots" that one day they'll fuck with the wrong lolcow and get killed really seems like a not-so-subtle cry for help from the piggy. This has to have been the most unhinged rant he's ever went on and it's only going to get worse.

It's incredibly cringe how he's only playing Starfield out of Spite while refusing to play Baldur's Gate 3. I don't like cRPG's either but I'm just amazed at how wrong he was about BG3. And now instead of eating that he's just gonna brute force through the game.

Also who gives a fuck about his year end series? 200 people? He didn't play ALLL of the games this year so how can he rank it properly? It's all so... faux

And I said this in Raw Phil's chat but you just know he'll put in HogSnorts Begacy because it was "snubbed" even though it was just a mid ubisoft rip-off.

Edit: Took him 20 minutes to muster up the energy to start playing. Now everything is pointless and "should he even bother looting?" If this is how he's going to be the. just fucking drop the game.

Do those sort of violations have no sort of cumulative effect? Like, you get 3 strikes on regular YT videos and you get banned or whatever, but these stream takedowns have no impact on a channel?
It seems weird that YT would treat stream and "on-demand" violations differently, but I guess that's the case.
Or maybe I'm just very confused, idk. Someone please advise if I'm talking out of my ass here.

This isn't a strike or anything. It's a claim in real time. Most of the time YT can sense when you are streaming something that is copyrighted, and this will happen. Won't hurt his account at all.

Speaking of Keem, I hope people aren't getting their hopes up about the mystery woman has been teasing. How long has it been now since he said he was in contact with Phil's family and friends or whatever? A couple months I think, and no further word than his saying he talked to "her" the other day, whoever that is.
Leanna has made it very clear that she's moved on and has no desire to talk about Phil. Kat would only ever do it if she's out the door or just about to be, and that doesn't seem likely at all.
Best case scenario is it's Jenna. That would probably be an amusing interview for about 5 minutes until it just got sad. She has zero credibility, and while she could have a few interesting tidbits on Kat, I'm sure she has nothing on Phil, and anything she would say should be taken with a grain of salt. We'd have a couple of giggles, including one after Derich accidentally pastes "Jenna is Officer Sanders" in chat, but nothing of substance would likely come from it.
The most likely scenario is that Keem is a lying faggot that's gonna keep dangling a carrot in front of us that probably doesn't even exist.

It's actually the same as regular strikes, if a channel gets a lot of takedowns while livestreaming, YT will temporarily ban/restrict the channels ability to livestream and can even permanently block livestreaming completely.

I think its a combination of his made up rule about finishing a game so he can properly critique and not wanting detractors to have more ammo about not being a real gamer.
