I dunno about you, but I'm still laughing about Phil sperging out over learning that Capcom said that Poison is a troon, which means he rubbed a few out to 'her' in those intense EVO practice sessions people kept walking in on that got him nicknamed Monkeyspank.

That said, I'm totally unsurprised about the whole Suggestion Box shitshow. The only suggestions he's ever going to accept are "Just keep doing what you're doing." and perhaps "Buy more stupid shit to stack behind you or wear." We all know it. Even the dents know it. Anyone that actually put in a suggestion is either a troll or just new to the vortex. Probably both.

As for the whole "Beg less" suggestion, he could simply put in a little message over that dumbass leaderboard saying "Please support the stream any way you're able." and have it swap out with "Superchats and memberships appreciated, but Tips Help the MOST." every fifteen seconds or so. Bang. He gets to shut the fuck up about tips, but still gets to 'get the message out' constantly. Well, assuming the dents can read...

Did DSP actually say any of the suggestions he received were good? I'm watching slanderous detractor videos out of kantext and he's pretty much calling everyone stupid and saying their suggestions are morahnic.
He's an ungrateful fuck obviously but I'd like to know if he at least acknowledged one or two as good.

He shat on every single suggestion. Some of them he didn't even finish reading. He over-exaggerated every single one to shoot them down. He shot down the ones that would require no extra effort. He shot down the ones that would require extra effort. He characterized every suggestion that he change his stream as a demand from an over entitled viewer that wanted him to become exactly like "every other streamer". The ideas he thought were "fair" (not good, just fair) were the ones he could explain in detail why they were shit. The bad ideas were the ones he could shit on summarily.

Just the most narcissistic shit. Everyone else is wrong and he is right. The only reason he bothers to do this shit is to "prove" he's already doing everything right and if he's not smart enough to improve things then no one else can be either. Christ.

Also with his dumb Roman Catholic stance, beside the fact he's obviously not a practicing Christian in the slightest, he's probably referring to this part of the Sermon on the Mount, Matthew 6: 2 "Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward." That doesn't mean always give charity in private and it's obvious if you think about it for even ten seconds. You can't work in a soup kitchen in private. You can't pass around the collection plate in church in private. You can't run a world-wide Catholic charity in private. He just won't do it because people would be giving money to not-him, when they should be giving money to him. There's absolutely nothing immoral about being a Catholic and running a charity stream, even if it brings more attention to yourself.

Well, there's also the snag that with Phil's shitty (and well-deserved) reputation, who on God's green Earth would believe the motherfucker would actually forward the donations to the charity in question rather than pocketing it for himself? I'd say just as big a catch-all excuse is his autism schedule. For example he can't do overtime as a tips goal because he already only gets 2 hours a day, and 1 day a week with his wife. Except if he made overtime a tips goal, he could probably take 2 days off a week and try to make up that lost day in overtime.

I don't know why Dave expects anyone to believe that he gives money to charity when he's admitted multiple times that he's never even set money aside for taxes.

Taxes? This nigga was 500k in debt. At the end of the day, if he was giving to charity, he's an even bigger retard than previously thought. Outside of the first couple years on YouTube, the only money he could have use to contribute to charity, would be the some money that put him into crazy amounts of debt, CREDIT. Not to mention he didn't fucking pay his taxes, at least not in a timely mater. So much so he was penalized for that as well. So not even from a tax standpoint did he benefit from charitable donations. Speaking of taxes. If he was donating to charity. The charities had to cover his dumbass no doubt using a credit card to do so, and on top of that he didn't pay any of that debt anyways. So in a roundabout way, if he was donating to charity, it was actually at the expense of other taxpayers.

Unless we are talking post bankruptcy though, but that wouldn't make any sense either. Cause he's spent every day since than bitching about not having enough to "make ends meet" and has been "living Twitch/yt payment 2 payment for years. Not to mention he lives off charitable donations already.

Just a casual check reveals that a civil filing in WA costs $83. A Small Claims Action is $50. Thus, you can file suit pro se - which is to be your own counsel - by simply writing up the suit and paying the court filing fee. That guy Acerthorn does it all the time. Not sure if he has a page here or not, don't really give enough of a shit to look. Bottom line, Phil could sue anyone he wants for less than a hundred bucks, if he's so dead-ass certain he'd win slam dunk style. But then, he learned back in the Marvel vs. Capcom days what happens when he puts his money where his mouth is, didn't he?
