It makes you wonder what his ego is gonna be like if and when he does move on from the farms. I can't imagine it'd be good for you.
Compare him to your average admin of any other forum and I think you'd find null is comparatively humble. It's basically his personal website, and unlike admins of any other forum he basically takes the legal challenges head on and has dealt with a lot of personal shit because of it. He's a really strange dude but most of us on the farms really are in some way or another. Besides, speculating what someone is like off their posts is a good way to be wrong fast. I never would have taken him to be so based on European cheeses given how wrong I think he's been on many other things.

I recall that Larian stated that they will fix romances and what not down the line in a future patch so players can avoid unwanted romantic interactions with companions as that was the number one complaint they got for the game. To be fair to Larian they stated that this was the first game of theirs that they implemented romances for and with the romances they mostly relied on player feedback during Early Access. One must remember the type of "fans" that infest D&D nowadays. Porn sick troons. It has gotten to the point that even our Feeder Lord has noticed a correlation between troonism and D&D. My guess is that troons would have thrown a fit if some companions were locked out of romances due to sexual preference. It is obvious that Gale and Minthara are coded as straight but we can't have companions have their own sexual preference as Jim Sterling and other troons would have gotten ass blasted and talked about how transphobic the game is due to companions not wanting to bone their dick girl character. A reminder that these people are a pestilence to every hobby they invade.
I think the only thing that bothered me about BG3 was the fact that all the companions, with the exception of Minsc and Jaheira is that all the companions clearly were written with certain orientations in mind before it was changed, likely at the last minute. I'm generally not a fan of "Protagonist-Sexual" characters, that's one of the reasons why I disliked Dragon Age 2 and the "romances" in Fallout 4 annoy me.

Straight Companions:
Lae'zel: - I don't know why but she doesn't seem to be the kind of person who would be into chicks
Gale: - There is no way that this guy is gay.
Minthara: - She had a cut storyline where she would get pregnant from a male Tav/Durge
Jaehira: - She is canonically straight.

Bisexual Companions:
Wyll: - This was a tough one, because he's clearly got a thing for Karlach, but that little dance he does in Act 2 put him firmly in the bisexual camp, with his obvious feelings for Karlach and how he hits on Lae'zel and Shadowheart being the ONLY thing that has him not tossed into the gay pile.
Karlach: - Despite clearly having feelings for Wyll (You can't convince me that an unromanced Wyll and Karlach aren't in their own relationship) Karlach really comes off as a bisexual chick. Also she either pegs a male Tav or rides him Amazon style.

Gay Companions:
Halsin: - The dude is literally the definition of a homosexual bear and he also TURNS INTO a bear, with that being his preferred beast form. Also he's an elf and that makes him pretty gay
Astarion: - He's a twink, he has obviously gay mannerisms and ways of talking, he's a vampire, and oh yeah, he's got that little scene with Sebastian, the dude he seduced and clearly still has feelings for. Oh yeah, and he's an elf, so that makes him gay.
Shadowheart: - I'm sure a case could be made for Shadowheart to be bisexual, but she's pretty obviously gay, I think, with her comments about Karlach and how she shuts down Wyll's flirting really, really hard. She reminds me of a couple 'lipstick lesbians' I know IRL. Also she's 50% elf so that makes her pretty gay
Gortash (For the one quest you get him lmao): - Dude is a FFXIV protagonist who experienced twinkdeath. Have you seen his fashion choices? GAY
Alfira (For the single cutscene lmfao): - Yeah she's in a gay relationship with another Tiefling.

??? Companions:
Minsc: - He has no time for romance. He serves a greater power: JUSTICE!
Dream Guide / The Emperor / Balduran; - He's a psychopathic squid monster gaslighting you and if you call him out on his shit he drops the act and strops trying to manipulate you via sexual attraction. Before that though he was pretty clearly gay since he was in a relationship with a male dragon.

That's only for the lazy ones.
The manic ones will run a full-fledged background check on you.
These are the ones who know your parents' party affiliations and shit.
Security questions like, "what was your mom's maiden name" and, "what street did you grow up on"... Completely unsafe
I've known a few to show up unexpectedly at a person's work place just before lunch. It's The old oh you work here wow I was just in the area wanna have lunch me with bit.

My stepmom used to do something similar, but her aim was to just harass and insult me. Mind you I wasn’t even living with her at that point and had my own house but she would constantly call me while I was at work to guilt trip me about shit I had nothing to do with. Like, bitch, I do my utmost to avoid you like the plague what could you possibly want to bother me about now?

She once sent me twelve texts in a row because she had sent my dad to my house to hang out with me when she knew damn good and well that I was at work. Then she tried to say it was my fault that he made the trip for nothing.

Never trust developers to make good gay romances. It's like how Dragon Age Origins could only muster up one bi guy at best and he's Null's fantasy of what every gay guy is.

Doubtful. She doesn't strike me as lesbian at all. More like she's into big burly ones

It's always the second / third wives. I think they just have a disdain for children not their own. Just another way men are better, I suppose. The "dad who stepped up" or whatever is a thing, men can overlook the biological separation and take them in as their own out of love for the mother.

OMG! Thank you! I thought I was the only one who noticed the obvious attraction that Wyll and Karlach have for each other. It is obvious that they were written to be a couple if the player didn't romance either of them which is similar to Aerie and Haer'Dalis in the OG Baldur's Gate. I also think the ending for the two is both fitting and bittersweet. The two go back to Avernus in order to preserve Karlach's life. They both take on Zariel and her armies together. Both of them no longer alone, having found someone who truly loves them (unlike Mizora and Gortash) and have someone who will watch each others back. It is a bittersweet but fitting ending for the two of them.
Gale: - There is no way that this guy is gay.
My thoughts exactly. Gale was obviously written to be the main romance for a female player character. How he talks and acts towards the player when he admits his feelings for them is obviously written for a female character in mind. I mean, he talks about how beautiful the player is and how she is more fair then the goddess of magic herself. That is the type of stuff that women like to hear when a man romances them. Gay men don't really care for such flattery. They just want to get down to the sex. However, leave it to troons like Jim Sterling who would have thrown a shit fit if they couldn't romance the obvious heterosexual wizard. Troons, like many gay men, have the fantasy of making straight man have sex with them in order to give them that sweet, sweet gender euphoria and validation that they are better then a real woman.

There's some pretty fucked up groups online where stepmoms vent about their stepkids and it's usually about how angry they are about their husband being a devoted father. Stuff like how he's a pervert because he lets his 5-year-old daughter sleep in the bed with him because she gets scared at night (aka "he's supposed to pay attention to ME!") or how bitter they are that the kids were supposed to have moved out at 18 so she can have "her time" but they have a crisis in their early 20s and the father insists they move back home for a while.

I had one call me after a decade and pretend it was a work call.
I could tell that voice from anywhere.
