Their is a small part of me that respects his constant, fuck you imma say whatever and if you don't like me anymore take a number mentality but idk if you should do that in your 40s.

Texas has almost as strong a SLAPP law as California, but slightly more favorable tortious interference case law. X also wisely avoided a defamation claim.

ETA: since this is in federal court, it very well may not be applicable. Previous Fifth Circuit cases have found Texas's TCPA not usable in federal court under the Erie doctrine (i.e. treating it as a procedural rather than a substantive law).
