Pretty certain we’ve seen similar posts from her before. The big difference with this one is that she’s admitted she’s bigger than her fat critics.

If she was to get an accurate start weight, imagine how much more impressed folks could be if she could show say a 75-100lb weight loss. With the weighin she’s shown, she’d have to lose 75-100lb before it would even register a loss at all.

I am over the apartment sperging , and I really don’t care that much but I am going to say, just rewatch the cooking videos and putting the groceries away video. Same fucking kitchen, and wherever she lives we all know that it will be a shit hole and stink of cat piss and an unwashed fat fuck , I also don’t care enough to analyse where the light switches are.
Her four course diet dinner is from the same place they used for her last attempt at losing weight, which lasted around 10 minutes, she was still having the diet food delivery and incorporating it into her own supposedly ( rule NO, 1 ) low fat meals. Even had to have a 4 course dinner , which as mentioned earlier was probably meant for two separate meals. I think that we are a bit too fixated on her blood sugar. Sure, it is important but every other organ is affected, liver, heart, kidneys, etc. Just trying to control her blood sugar is not going to reduce her blood pressure for example. Like most supermorbidly obese individuals, the treatment of choice is weight loss. Unfortunately for Chantal, losing 10-20 pounds is not going to help. If she is 450 pounds (32 st, 200kg), she needs to lose over 200 pounds, and she cannot do it through diet alone. She needs bariatric surgery, and she could have it done in Kuwait, or Thailand as Milk Tea had her, but she would have to pay for it. I guess Salah should get a second job. Going back to Canada would not help as she would be in the back of a long cue, likely years, and there will be too many restrictions. She tried once and failed.

I’m not going to power level too hard here but just want to say I have a good friend going through the WLS process in Ontario right now and average wait times are 8-12 months from referral to surgery. They also no longer require that you lose weight before surgery, unless you have stuff to address before surgery. You do have a lot of appointments with various specialists though and if you miss 2 you’re out.
Chantal could theoretically come back and start the process but she doesn’t even have a GP, if I recall correctly, so that would be an issue.
The reality is that Chantal needs multiple doctors to address multiple issues. I actually think her liver is the bigger concern because her stomach looks like someone with late stage liver disease. At minimum she needs an internist and a cardiologist and I don’t think Salah is going to cough up that money. I’m also not sure how realistic it is to get long term care on a tourist visa. Chantal needs to get her ass back to Canada.
