I don't buy that Cowtipper-chan didn't know it was Pixy. I mean come on. The chin alone should clue you in. Never mind those classic cosplay photos. The style never changed. Just the pronouns. It's why I don't take a lot of online allegations seriously. Everyone just airs out the dirty laundry instead of letting the police handle it. If my 13 year old nephew got nasty pics from Pixy I'd call the police. I wouldn't post a thing about it online because it could prompt a DFE. There's no evidence here other than some nasty pics.
I think the cowtipper is younger. Someone who wants attention and is copying those "OMG this person is a groomer!" posts they see all over social media. It's so easy to concoct a story that people might believe. All the shota bait cosplay and an AO3 full of shota rape fics. Red flags galore. Sadly, Pixy was asking for it with all that nasty content. If I were her I'd delete the AO3 and TikTok and go dark for awhile. But she won't. At least let your threads die down for awhile to get that ween energy off you. They'll move on to someone more active.
And speaking of AO3, she's now doing art school fics with Van from Chrono Cross. It's got tags like alcoholism, trauma, homosexuality and public nudity. Van is 14. I guess Gogh is one of her new self inserts since he's an artist. His father isn't an abusive alcoholic in the game. But I guess Gogh is Pixy's insert for her dad. The Van she's using is the rich one from Another. His father isn't abusive. She's twisting the plot around to fit her irl daddy issues fanfic.
Also, Van is 14. So if she starts skinwalking Van and doing panty shots then she's stepped down a level once more. I don't know when she got into Chrono Cross. Did she even play the game? Maybe she got it on Steam.

What's funny here is that the Home world Van is about to be homeless because his father's paintings aren't selling and they have no money. That's why he goes on an adventure. To save his home. Of course, unlike Pixy Van is really frugal and good at saving money. Because he is very poor and about to be homeless. I think Pixy could learn a lot from Van. Instead she wants to write shota about him.
It's crazy how overly obvious the self inserts are. Although Pixy, you ain't well fed. You fat.
I knew Van was really small. But I forgot how small. He isn't 5'3". He's 4'11". He weighs 88 lbs and his build is smallish. Pixy literally turned Van into herself here. All the playable characters in CC have vital statistics in their profile. So she'd be better off skinwalking someone like Macha. They're even the same age.
But now she claims she never wanted to cosplay those female characters. But you can't erase the horrors of the Rukia phase like that. Now instead of her skinwalks being teen girls they are teen boys. The good news is we know she's never getting surgeries. So we'll never have to see her bumbling around shirtless with top surgery scars. No shirtless Roxas, shirtless Sora, shirtless Van. I am sure that every time she goes to the ER and pees nuclear waste into a cup they tell her the same thing and give her antibiotics. A chronic UTI is bad news and she needs to see a urologist. If it gets into your kidneys it hurts really bad. It's probably there already and a big source of her owwies. Does she want to be dribbling into a Poise pad for the rest of her life? Because she's headed straight for Incontinence City. I guarantee at this point she's probably leaking pee. It might even be the source of the stain on her "male" unicorn tights. she really needs to go to a gyno and just get a full checkup and get all of her business cleaned up. she's been complaining about her sore cooch for ~10 years.

I don't understand how anyone can consider her an even vaguely reliable narrator about her own health when she announces she's dying every 5 seconds. Also the leap of peeing a lot to HIV? Bizzare. I'm not even that convinced by farmers she has an std. If say at most she gets UTIs and it's probably because she's disgusting and doesn't wash her sex toys etc. She's like every other person with health anxiety, whines constantly about the tiniest sensations and panics about them until they become real pains. Yeah we still have Planned Parenthood here, I said before even in my rural town the doctors have preferred pronoun shit on the paperwork you fill out. They just don't crow about it and stick flags on every wall so I guess the genderspecials think Texas wants all of them dead because of that.
I'm having to go through some health stuff myself and I can tell you, all the doctors want if for you to get the care you need. They'll call you whatever you want just work with them to get better. Pixy's biggest problem is one that she's had for a long time, she want's help NOW NOW NOW. You can even see it in her facebook posts "HELP ME HELP ME HELP ME." But she's not a kid anymore and she needs to take care of her own health. Yeah it's work and frustrating but at her age right now, she needs to see a doctor.

I believe there's pain. But she isn't doing a damn thing to get to the root cause of it. She's just going to have to deal with the fact that she has female genitals that are badly infected. Has she been tested for HPV and cervical cancer? She's super high risk and needs a thorough workup of everything down there. I am sure no matter what Pixy thinks, her parents do not want her dying of cancer or having permanently damaged kidneys from raging untreated renal problems.

Have there ever been any studies about chronic UTIs and the mental effects on younger people? I know they are excruciating and cause a lot of stress. I have some renal problems from lupus and I have felt like death would be a blessing a few times while waiting for a prescription to be filled. So imagine someone as manic as Pixy with a chronic UTI. It just magnifies every other panic attack she has over her heel spur, her tummy aches and everything else.
Now I'm wondering about her bathroom invaders. If you have to go many many times you are going to get walked in on eventually. And she gets up to pee many times a night. Her dad is old and probably has to go a lot at night too. They bump into each other and Pixy blows it out of proportion and lets herself outside like a dog. In her brain the least little thing is magnified by 1000 in the most negative way possible.
She's also writing fics about dad molesting her at Schlitterbahn waterpark. Same as the Florida vacation from some years ago. Being dosed out with benadryl. More stuff about towels everywhere. She hated her girly swimsuit ect... Maybe her dad did drink too much beer. Who knows. But I still say she's pulling the molestation out of her ass. None of this has ever come out before. Even when she claimed her real dad was a dashing Japanese salaryman on a business trip. You'd think that would be the prime time to bust out those accusations if true.

It may not even be a UTI. Other conditions can cause urinary frequency. Her bladder or pelvic floor muscles could be fucked up just from bad genes, bad diet, stress and laziness. Or maybe she sustained some kind of injury during her freak sex sessions back then that never fully healed. Regardless of what it really is, she absolutely needs to see a urologist and/or gynecologist but she won't because SHE'S A MAN and neither specialist will respect her manhole!!! She's never outright said she's afraid of a pelvic exam but that's what I suspect keeps her from getting her junk checked out. So she has to decide what's worse: "dying" from "HIV" or finally getting the help she needs from the correct healthcare providers and not random ER staff, even if it means doing something humiliating.
