feeling a mite hopeful, as my southern grandma still says. any possibility this raging drunk could get sober? what are the odds? sobriety arc when?
if you know any of the AA types, then you know that doesn't necessarily mean game over, from our POV.
Sobriety can produce some great lolcows, especially if they join a lolcow-addict social circle of misfits, it can be a treasure trove.
The sex slacks at the beginning, then revs up and can become the new primary addiction (if it isn't already).
They also become obsessed with what other sober ppl are doing or not doing, follow them around using the excuse "i'm their sponsor" and other fun spy activities.
what would it take for this arc to get going? will he have to wreck the car and go to jail and sit there when nobody bails him out, like the typical Florida Man? that's just sad.
and that's the lucky arc. lots of them just skid off the road to their deaths, especially in winter. i hope rackets knows.
