It's the favorites list from MDE's first channel and has multiple videos he favorited of young girls from 10 years ago. The "last updated 5 days ago" is a Youtube algorithm thing the channel is abandoned and hasn't been used for years.

Most of the other videos being posted are much harder to just pass off as a joke.
