You talk gay and sound like a fag etc.
You're young and stupid. And you can't separate your emotions from your own beliefs when it comes to Justice or Law which is why your "hero's" keep sustaining loss after loss in court. It isn't from biased Judges or Juries or Appeals courts or a twisted system.

You can't be convicted for murder unless you can prove intent; and what you supporters of a guy you don't even know shows, is that you don't get that he intended to hurt George and he did so. You like to concentrate on everything but that annoying little fact. But your blind rage that a police officer could ever be found guilty of taking out society's trash (George) is baffling to you because in your world, the killing of garbage people is justified.

But it isn't. Worthless people are worthless, black or white, but they have rights which is why people like you don't become judges - you are prejudicial - and you are entitled to be prejudicial, but don't be surprised when the people who run things whether Republican or Democrat are found to actually have principles embedded in the law and not your emotive garbage racism.

Long before Derek was ever at trial, all you saw was the injustice of a worthless Nigger being given the benefit of the doubt over a white cop. And that's why your opinion is only tolerated here because it is, actually, worthless. This is your hidey hole to find other racists, not justice.

So spare me your flawed and perverse logic and simply man up and admit what you are really cut up about is that a drug dealing loser Nigger was killed and you can't believe anyone has a problem with it.

It's still fucked up that Chauvin was found guilty of simultaneous premeditated and incidental murder. That's what jumps out most as an anomaly in how Chauvin was treated, biased trial or not. I'm not a legal expert, but I don't understand how someone can be both intending to kill AND not intending to kill someone at the same time.

It's because if the intentional murder conviction gets vacated on appeal they wouldn't be able to try him again for unintentional murder even though it's obvious he'd have been found guilty of that if he got aquitted on the other, so you typically get given both and serve them concurrently.

What makes you reach that conclusion? Remember he put him on the ground because Floyd was complaining about not wanting to be in the squad car. If he didn't care he would slam that nigger's head into the car frame until he complied.
Putting his knee on his back was part of his training. Chauvin did not prevent in any way the EMT worker's from helping Floyd

Well you've hit the right moment in time during the event to focus on. It isn't that Chauvin could slam his head into the cruiser with witnesses, but he could and did inflict injury by kneeling on the guys neck until he stopped breathing. And kept doing it long after there was a loss of consciousness or any "fight" in George.

You can put anyone into a half Nelson and have them lose consciousness, but knowingly doing it longer than needed to render the person without fight or consciousness does and will cut off the blood too much to the brain and cause death. The point is, why keep doing it after the person has long since responded, fought or as in this case, even breathed.

The Jury decided that Chauvin knew there was no need to keep the knee on his neck as long as he did, and they saw proof he used an extreme amount of force on his neck, and they saw proof that he kept doing it well after there was any need to, with full knowledge injury was to be sustained by George, meaning he intended to cause injury.

That is why he is guilty of murder. Derek intended to cause injury to George. And he most certainly did. In the absence of a statement from Derek at the scene (and it wouldn't matter what he said, actually), we determine the intent by the actions performed and why those actions took place. A jury as well as many other experts concluded rightly that Derek intended to injure.

The Jury decided
The jury found him guilty of both intentional and unintentional murder at the same time, the jury can go suck it.
Police has also had their knees on suspects necks long before and long after big nigger bit the dust. That Floyd died was likely all the drugs he swallowed before the arrest, remember we have him on video complaining about not being able to breathe before Chauvin had his knee on him

You can't be convicted for murder unless you can prove intent;

Oh good to know in all of American history there has never been a wrongful murder conviction, because they wouldn't have been able to prove intent.

To Kill a Mockingbird was about how those nice white people in that town put away that dastardly rapist who just happened to have more melanin in his skin despite his slimey defense attorney attempting to get in the way of justice and slander an upstanding white father by implying he fucked his own daughter.

Often society reaches a judgement that protects itself, truth or justice are ancillary. This is one of this situations where if you actually look beyond your political bias there was space for a reasonable doubt, but then Minneapolis would have burned more. It would have threatened suburbs and cities beyond. The amount of harm to the community was greater than the harm to one person instead of just putting him away. The video was shocking, and I was certain of his guilt with just the video too, but that was far from the whole story. The more your learn the more uncomfortable the truth becomes, so better to just let people live with the shallowest, misrepresented take (he was actually on his shoulder, not even his neck, the crowd just couldn't tell.) It doesn't sound like you actually watched the trial at all, or the evidence or arguments made within, just that you saw the video and assumed the snap accusations of the crowd were backed up with medical reports, though they weren't. There were no injuries to his neck and the argument at trial was that he should have stopped restraining him and done CPR, even if the restraint itself wasn't the direct cause; that he was inattentive and being cruel by having him on the ground and not taking his pleas serious enough (they were the reason they took him out of the car in the first place, so some effort was made.)

It was likely an overdose that was doing him in that squad car. Was he going anywhere... probably not. I don't know if they had a narcan pen, that might have helped.

Lynchings still happen, just what is an appropriate target that will make the baying pubic cheer, changes.

Thats where you get to judge the matter I guess.

If you think he was justified in having his knee on the guys neck long after he fought or was conscious, then you would not find him guilty of intent to cause injury and ergo Murder.

But for the sake of argument, let us assume for a second you are a police officer, and you are in a court room, how exactly are you going to explain using that much force on the guys neck and continuously doing ages after the guy has so much as twitched?

What rationale do you offer up as an explanation for that few minutes of time?

Strange, because I thought he was going to try to appeal his case based on some,”newly emerged evidence,” of Floyd’s departure from his moral coil. Either way, he was going to eventually get shanked, just based on how that entire story was framed from the beginning. Even after all the facts emerged, he will never have his day in appeals court I don’t think. So he’ll never see the light of day again more than likely. The system can’t take that big of an L if there was some type of fucked up technicality that could be exploited by his legal team.
Plus I don’t think we can afford another summer of love if it turns out in that case, because nigs gotta nog.

I thought that they segregated with cops with the pedophiles and trannies so this shit would not happen. What failed?

I don't think my judgement of Derek's intent is twisted by political bias, I think it is based on the evidence presented. I'm pretty neutral on court matters and go by evidence and I've waved the flag for the not guilty verdict on those ideologically opposed too - simply because a court has to be devoid of it.

But I get you believe the jury was biased and that you believe Derek did not intend to harm George, and that you believe they gave the guilty verdict for social order. There isn't a way to rationally argue with you on this because you nor I could possibly know the mindset of the jurors, but I will acknowledge your argument is possible.

I would not be surprised at all if they used him being shanked to let him out in 6 months or so, so we can have another summer of love and intense pressure to vote against muh racism (aka not for Trump) again

Just imagine if Derek drove off while Floyd was overdosing in the back seat. There would've been no media circus. Floyd's name would be forgotten immediately, no summer of love and Derek would likely have been suspended for a week or two. His attempt to give a shit about Floyd and wait for an ambulance is the entire reason these niggers sacrificed him to their voodoo gods.

Reading the reddit thread on this makes me want to fedpost.
There's a reason I use reddit exclusively to be a toxic cunt and shit stir. The people who use it unironically are some of the most sanctimonious fart huffing dipshits to ever fucking exist. The only purpose they have in life is to be my entertainment.
