I'm actually undecided where to stand on this.
On one hand, obviously letting people voice their opinion is always good. On the other hand, imagine the entire democratic voter base finding themselves forced to accept that those right-wing chuds were right about the JQ all along, as they stare in disbelief at their 'your account has been suspended' pages.

Is this not unconstitutional? Not a yank, but it seems pretty stupid. All you're doing is making Musk into a martyr.
Multiple governors were found to be in violation of The Constitution with their Covid policies. Nothing happened to them and they simply changed a couple of words and reissued their edicts that were in violation of The Constitution.

If there's no penalty for violating it, it may as well not exist.

Here's the ethnicities of the people involved with this.

Jewish: (10)

Dan Goldman (NY-10), (also one of the richest people in Congress with a net worth of $253 Million)

Jamie Raskin (MD-8)

Jerry Nadler (NY-12)

Josh Gottheimer (NJ-5) (Former speechwriter for the Clintons)

Jim McGovern (MA-2) (unrelated to George McGovern) (Jesuit)
Sean Casten (IL-6) (Was born in Ireland) (Also Atheist)
Kathy Castor (FL-14) (Claims to be Presbyterian but she was born in Miami so most likely is crypto-jewish)

Katie Porter (CA-47) (Originally from Iowa) (Running for the 2024 California senate race)

Something Something Jews are overrepresented.

If I'm Elon Musk, I would publicly respond to this and say "your congresspeople used the word 'illegal' to describe my actions. If the actual lawmakers who in theory have authority to direct the executive branch observed me breaking the law, why are they writing me a letter instead of calling for my arrest? These people are either refusing to do their duty to you, the American people, or they are using the word 'illegal' to describe actions they do not truly believe are illegal, which is a disgrace against their positions as legislators."

I can't believe they called it illegal. Couldn't even get Hakeem Jeffries to sign it either.

If I were serious about this, I'd suggest minting a fireproof plaque with the first amendment written on it. Then, you take the letter congress sent and burn it on top of it. Fire dies out, the letter is ashes, but the plaque remains unharmed. Send a powerful message.
You forgot a scrolling readout of every time each and every one of these fuckers "incited harm" or "supported terrorism."
Especially in DM's.

Then ban them from twitter, meta, and every email.

ASKING is okay. DEMANDING....naw, they can go fuck themselves. Was surprised to see none of these useless cocksuckers signed their name with a crayon. If not mistaken, Hank Johnson is the one who asked, in congress, if Guam would tip over due to all the planned military construction/deployments. So you know this bozo isn't playing with a full deck.

Funny...might have missed a signature, but it doesn't seem like any of 'the squad' signed onto this. Do they not care? Are they too stupid? Not sure how to sign their names with a big-people's ink pen? All the above?

Can only imagine Null's response to such a letter from these fucking idiots. He could have it printed on toilet paper, and sell the toilet paper as KF merch. He makes bank and KFers get to wipe their asses with congressional butthurt.

Unfortunately no. Congressvermin can say almost entirely whatever they like with near-absolute immunity.

If they actually tried to pass a law forcing this, it would be thrown out, but they can bitch and whine and complain all they like.

Don't they have anything better to do.

Like health care

Like Ukraine war.

Like illegal crossing crisis

Like extreme terrorist jihadists

Like Israel

Like housing

Like inflation
Why would they bother to protect anyone but their donor class and themselves?

They don't have a reason to invest in anything but their own interests. Either the systems surrounding elections are so broken by individual poll workers or the average American voter is so checked-out that it doesn't matter that they don't address or try to fix anything.

They've long since shown themselves to be disingenuous towards and disengaged with the average American citizen's interests. They are godless whores who bend over for the corrupt when it's convenient and worth enough money.

Irooony. They literally support the system of the Private Western Central Bank and the JewRS. They're the literal puppets of this whole corrupt taxation system.
Look we get it I've read Uncle Ted, I've watched battle for Europa and it's so tiring. It's so tiring when I am realistically I'm seeing everything get worse and I'm only being sold dumb unrealistic solutions because a bunch of useless
I am at the patience is at my limits and quite frankly I would love to stuff Antifa, Burt kuluchi, the GDL, And anyone of these larpy faggots away and talk about fedposty nonsense. But I don't want to and quite frankly become a better white dude and have kids don't waste time on being an unfuckable Chudcel be a Chad or a capitol CHUD, don't be a Chudcel or polcel.
Whining about Jews is useless unless you can change things at the geopolitical level you're just crying in the rain.

Null, geolocate this user’s IP and contact local medical personnel, they’ve clearly had a stroke.

Democrats generally take a "living constitution" approach to the interpretation of the constitution - e.g. they interpret it to mean whatever the fuck they want. You can see a lot of this in Roe vs. Wade and the moon-logic underlying that decision. Republicans tend towards textualism/originalism- e.g. focusing on the literal wording of the constitution/how it would be understood in their historical context.
The absurdity is that a ‘living Constitution’ isn’t even a valid school of thought (and it basically appeared out of thin air around FDR’s time, it doesn’t even have a scholastic philosophical origin). Marbury v. Madison established that the Constitution is real, binding law, not a platitudinous description of what the law is trying to achieve, i.e. the Constitution must be interpreted textually, with originalism the current popular way to deal with ‘ambiguities’ (because we have lost many of the original meanings of words, like ‘well regulated’).

Interesting. None of the Squad members signed the letter.
I mean wasn’t Rashida Tlaib called out for being in an unironic Hamas Fan Page on faceberg?

I don’t think she’d be a firm supporter of “we need to ban and unperson anyone who supports Hamas online” since it would be something that her opponents could put pressure on her with (they already are but you know what I mean)
