I've given it a listen because I was recommended a concert (that flat fucking sucked by the way) Dream performed on youtube and apparently he did other stuff other than The Mask. Personally, I don't recommend his music. What surprises me is how hollow his music is and how little passion he puts in it considering he's willing to go to concerts and show his face. If he doesn't like doing this, why does he do it?

Also, the part during the concert where he cries during his song Until I End Up Dead was so fucking fake it hurt to watch.

His claims are likely bullshit as Nicholas or “Junky Janker” has been involved in the Minecraft community since before Dream blew up. He was a part of SMPLive and Earth. He went viral for hunting down and killing James Charles in Minecraft Mondays. It would be pretty hard not to know him if you’re involved in that circle.

Also, there’s no way Dream would be in a random Uber with a guy he didn’t know, unless he didn’t take his normal pills and was acting more brain damaged than usual.

Dream takes his music career very seriously and is trying to go from youtuber to musician. Just has a couple of road blocks. He has no talent, which isn't that big of a problem, even terrible singers improve a lot after taking vocal lessons, but dream also has too much ego to realize he sucks ass at singing and would never get a vocal coach. His ego also bleeds into his song writing to. which he feels is deep and meaningful but it all sounds generic and shallow. He can't even seem genuine when singing about his friends death and has to fake cry while singing and roll around on the ground during it.

So you get a famous dude who has no talent, and a huge ego which leads to some of the worst youtuber music ever written.

i suspect he is testing the limits of his fame and seeing if he can move past minecraft. his fans are essentially brain dead and support pretty much anything he does so if he decides to go down the music route he could end up making far more money vs just playing minecraft all day it would also allow for further connections to be made on his end.

everything dream does seems to be done as a means for him to get more popular. i fully suspect he will try and be in his own movie or tv show at some point. the thing dream fails to realize is that putting zero passion into everything you do only gets you so far.

his fame will die out one day and that is when the real sperging will begin.
