Most modern day therapists are as insane as their patients. Basically most therapists try to utilize other patients to try to address their multitude of issues. So it’s like paying $250 an hour or whatever so you can help some thot address her own issues because she keeps getting pumped and dumped by chads.

That's why you have to go in with a goal in mind. Therapy can be great if you have focus, but if you go for something vague like bettering yourself or something vapid like complaining about dates, you're more likely to end up chained to a therapist that acts like that. It's always a red flag when someone says they go to therapy and they only talk about how their therapist validates everything they say.
