A big difference is he was still trying to win Leanna over when he was in CT. And despite that, numerous times, Leanna told Dave his apartment stunk and wanted to spruce it up. It was very cluttered, although it was small so it was sort of understandable.

We haven't seen the WA condo since 2018.

I stopped paying attention to DSP for a year or so, so may have missed it, but did he ever get his bathroom fixed? I seem to remember there was a point where he had two broken showers simultaneously because he'd left one broken for years, and his main one eventually broke, too

Dude, his mom came over and cleaned his CT condo once a week and did his laundry until he moved to Washington.

In Washington Leanna cleaned. Go back and listen to his rants from 2017 after Leanna left where he's whining about how incredibly difficult simple cleaning tasks are. He sweated into a comforter so bad every night and didn't wash his bedding once in 7 months to the point he had to throw the comforter out because it still smelled like mildew no matter how many times he washed it. He didn't clean his "office" once in 3 1/2 years, and then Katherine cleaned it for him as a surprise.

Phil is a dirty piggy who barely showers once a week and never fucking cleans anything.

He’s not showing his home because it’s disgusting, though my opinion is that it is. The snort fort is in a bad condition, not quite condemned building level but I think if anyone saw it it'd be obvious it's not maintained or cleaned regularly at all. The last time he showed even a bit of his hovel was back when The Big Bitch first moved in, she doesn't even pretend that she likes cleaning anymore ever since he put a ring on it and it's been half a decade since that happened. REEanna at least cleaned regularly and when something in the hovel broke I'm sure she nagged Phail to get someone to fix it ASAP. The Big Bitch spent most of her youth couch surfing so she's used to living in squalor while piggy doesn't mind living in squalor because he's fucking lazy.
