Basically they made a law to remove the statue of limits for one year so they could charge Trump....which expired last week. So a bunch of leeches filed lawsuits at the last min to get some extra money. Jamie Foxx even got caught up in it at the last day.

It's from a single quote in an article further back in this thread. His lawyer said that people assumed Kyle got rich off fund raising for his defence. He confirmed that was not the case and that money was largely spent. Which the various lunatics seized on to scream "see, we didn't get him jailed but we still ruined his life." Because every GoFundMe they promote is not for its intended purpose but for personal monetary gain so the idea that Kyle would have used the money for its intended use is beyond their ability to comprehend.
