I'd like to think the overwhelming majority would support that. That is the only logical option to choose in my view.

It's admirable to pursue your dreams, but you should always have something in your back pocket. Why not do art and fanfics as a side hustle while working an actual job?

I mean if MasterCard or someone forced them to do this, it's one thing, but Patreon itself is not exactly a payment processor. They're a subscription service and porn has been against their TOS from the beginning, whether or not they've let it slide much of the time. Basing your whole income stream on a service that outright says you're not allowed to do the weird, disgusting shit you're doing and then acting shocked pikachu face when they actually enforce their TOS finally gets you what you deserve.

That's a good point. It's also worth pointing out that they don't actually need patreon, they can do work on commission like everyone else and just take payments through paypal. I wonder if OnlyFans would take them.
