This all could have been mostly prevented if

1. Jirard proved in a new bank statement that proved the money was there. There were no claims that he stole the money, pocketed it, etc. Only the proof that his money was not donated like it should be.
2. Jirard didn't say stupid shit like "using the call for clout" and "I was about to donate it today." I get that some people would be on edge about this stuff, especially if Jirard somehow had no idea that the charity his father made wasn't donating the money, but to say something like that is not only bold but stupid.

It's honestly disheartening to see this all happening as Jirard always came off to me as a guy who was a bit too jolly but also someone who just wanted to entertain and smile, and I'd love to give the benefit of the doubt that because he doesn't totally manage Open Hand Foundation, he had no idea the money wasn't being sent assuming his dad manages everything outside of taking in donations. But considering his language, his hostility, etc, it made me realize it may be more insidious than initially thought.

The question is why is this taking so fucking long. Like even if the money is gone it usually isn't this slow to make shit move. I believe at this point the IRS is involved. They move very slowly, which is likely why Jirard & Family have not said shit. They are in total panic mode currently. They either have already done the first interview, and are now gearing up to have all of the Khalils recorded in a deposition. The longer they remain silent, the deeper into the shit they go.

Jirards fans are coping so hard with this possibility. So many of them are screaming into the void about how he needs to stay silent and let everything run through lawyers, and the question remains : why? Because two YouTubers asked about tax returns? It’s amazing how these deranged idiots can argue he is completely innocent, but also say Jirard can’t speak about anything because he accidentally said some things that now require damage control from a legal team. It’s amazing how much seethe comes from his die hard fans when you ask why it’s taking so long to make a statement.
