Here's the official meeting page with six hours of video recording if you're curious about more than just the highlight reel. As I understand, the entire meeting is exclusively about this resolution calling for ceasefire with "approximately 175 speakers". In the end, the resolution passed 8-0 with audience cheers. The amendment to include language condemning Hamas (which the proposing councilmember talks about at 5h20m) was rejected 6-2.

Dude IDF soldiers have done basically exactly this to multiple super young teenage British tourists in Cyprus. At least two high profile gang rapes in just the last couple years. They were video taped, dont know what platform it wound up on.

If they'll do that to their allies, how will they treat their mortal enemies?

They don't sound like they were in uniform when they did this, so it is misleading to say they were IDF soldiers.

The IDF went into Jenin again. Nothing out out of the ordinary at this point - they killed a few terrorists, dug up a few roads, etc - but there's video of two Palestinian "youths" (ages 15 and 16) getting shot as they try to throw explosives at the soldiers were being good boys who dindu nuffin:

If I remember correctly they were Israeli citizens and they went to jail for it. Remember any person who is basically, college age in Israel is in the IDF because it's a draft army. Let me ask you when the US Marines commit rape in Japan or wherever do you blame the entire US Marines or do you blame the individual soldiers that commit the crime? The aunt of 10-month-old Kfir Bibas, who is being held captive by Hamas along with the rest of his family,made a public plea for their release yesterday.
