I haven't scoured through this entire thread but could it be possible that a guy could work at a cable company and fuck with you like that? Yes but it's incredibly unlikely because every time they send a hit to your box they see a record of who fucked with someone's shit. So you could theoretically do this until it gets noticed and assuming Phil called in and someone noticed something was up. But in this economy? A decent job like that? And you wouldn't be able to do much beyond just knocking out his internet for 5-10 minutes at a time.

TLDR: it could be done but we're talking 99.99% of the time it's never done. For example: imagine a guy just saying 'fuck it' and going out in a blaze of glory and he just decides to fuck with Phil on his last day. Yes, that is plausible. But that would just be a one-time event and not an ongoing issue like Phil is trying to frame it as being.

Doesn't dox anything not already known. He doesnt show himself resetting Phil's wifi. No proof of them making the payments.

Bit of a powerlevel but if you got fiber then they double dip for both the modem/router as well as the converter and you're sol when it comes to that because something something oh our device is tuned into the frequency of our signal so you can't buy your own.
