Like if the AMA was going to make some kind of medical recommendation for, say, bone surgery. In all likelihood, they would just be quoting whatever the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons says.
Taking the AMA's recommendation on a narrow, specific issue like troonery is silly. It carries about as much weight as the "nine in ten dentists" shit you see on a tube of toothpaste as some kind of evidence-based medical endorsement.
In the case of troonery, all those orgs just repeat whatever WPATH says. And as I've noted before, WPATH isn't a medical organization, but a lobbying group. You don't have to be a doctor to be a voting member.
Also, it's a big stretch to even claim that the AMA realistically represents the interests or opinions of most US doctors. Less than 20% of American doctors are actually current dues paying members.
Edit: Also should be noted that all those orgs (except for like one or two) are American. Funny that a bong is ignoring the recent British and Euro trends in ramping down their childhood troon treatments.

HOw many time have you heard 'statistics show X' from both sides of an argument?
This also extends to academic research and peer-reviewed papers. In current year, statistics and study findings are treated like the gospel. You can safely dismiss most them when used in an ideological context and anyone demanding a study to back up your claim can fuck off.
