It’s happened again. Another white person was stupid and arrogant enough to spew racial slurs to a Black person on camera so the whole world could see it.
This latest incident involved Denishia Lewis, a Black woman who was seemingly minding her business while driving on a freeway in Houston, TX, According to KHOU 11, she honked her horn at a white man on a motorcycle who didn’t move when a light turned green (we all hate when that happens).
He was allegedly slow to respond, so she drove around him. Sounds like something many people would do right?
But as she continued to drive, the man reportedly drove his motorcyle next to her car and punched her side mirror. Lewis then noticed that he drove into a 7/11, so she pulled in next to him and confronted him in the store.
Allegedly, she said to him, “‘Excuse me, sir, did you just punch my mirror?” In response, he said, “Fuck you, you nigger bitch.”
When she realized the situation she was in, Lewis pulled out her phone and started recording the confrontation.

After she left the 7/11, this white man continued to hound her with racial slurs and epithets, according to KHOU 11.
She has since filed a report with the Stafford Police Department. The video she recorded has been shared and analyzed across social media. Twitter and TikTok investigators learned that the name of the White man in the video is David Tupper, a former law enforcement officer and security guard, who is allegedly married to a Black woman.
In the days following the incident, local Texas activist Quanell X has stepped in to assist Lewis. He told KHOU 11, “This man is a danger to society. He’s already demonstrated he will commit a hate crime against an African American and use racist, hateful language on a female, spit on her, walking around with a gun.”
On LinkedIn, Tupper’s former employer, Verintegra Security and Investigations, made a statement addressing the video, saying:
Tupper has not been charged or arrested for the incident.
