The once sysop for Encyclopedia Dramatica EZPZ, Oddguy depending on your level of old fagginess, had a sort of philosophy on doxing that I try to adhere to: Don't dox someone because you're mad. Dox them because it's funny. It's not a perfect solution but I think it's the best working one. Listing Kirsche's information because they're mad only proves that they're mad. It'd be different if someone stumbled upon her ABDL page but I sincerely doubt we're gonna get that or anything close to that. We would've already seen that with as long as Kirsche has been streaming. At best we're gonna get a full name and the headshot that's been floating around already.

It's really situational dependent. Someone who's home addressed gets released because a cunt reporter got clapped by that person's relative on twitter sucks. A child groomer who boasts and challenges the world to find any dirt on him only for it to be quickly discovered that he did fake fart porn is funny. We're all so digitally integrated that's it's pretty hard to not be doxed anymore. There's also an entire generation of people who grew up behind the screens of tablets and phones and don't know any better.

I've come across content from Kirshe, and she appears fine; I have no issues with her. However, given her admission of visiting the forums, she should have no excuse for not maintaining adequate opsec. I'm not going to laud a bunch of random assholes doxing somebody because they don't like a video game. Doxing the game creators is stupid enough. They didn't dogpile because they were mad about the content, they did it because they thought she was a tranny (she wasn't and it would have been funnier if she was) and the only reason these actual children dogpiled was because they could, they don't actually give a shit beyond they think it's funny. Take a peak at the /raid/ board, there are like 3 or 4 soyteens that are doing all the work and bunch of actual children straight up posting shit with there actual real names tied to it. The doxx board currently has three threads up with accurate info, and one of them was a tranny with no opsec. They literally have two separate threads, and three separate doxxes for a furry artist, and none of the info is even close to correct, they literally do not care, and just want to cause problems, which would be funny if they just admitted to it, but for some reason the majority of them want to wax poetic about how the people they are hunting down are degenerates (alot of them are tbf) instead of just aknowledging they just want to cause problems because it's funny.

I only learned about the entire situation on KF recently. I was unaware of the controversial incest indie game, and honestly, it doesn't interest me. What I did express is that it is inherently degenerate, which diminishes any sympathy I might have had for those involved.

Them getting doxed is simply funny, especially the whole spectacle around it.

In fairness what do you want any agency to do when someone's uploading part of membership content (which parts of her membership stream were used in the DMCA'd video)

Pretty sure just about any agency would do similar. And to be honest leaving that up would be to IDOL's benefit as what she had to say corroborates their stated reasons for letting her go so I don't think burying that membership stream is something they'd do to suit their own interests.

I imagine this would be one case that didn't fall under fair use in a roundabout way. Member's content, being PAID content. So you could legally make a copyright claim that paid content was being reposted. Still retarded though.
