Harry can make good videos but he also be insufferable, him pretending to not know what breadtube is in the IH segment was especially egregious and him pretending that internet historian has trolls remorse instead of just removing what can genuinely be percevied as low quality content like the habbo rape. IH has a habbit of hiding low quality stuff like in the storytime channel, it doesn't mean he's remorseful.

As for the cave video, its a complex but also very stupid sitiuation. The work is objectively transformative as its essentially a short length film with music, voice acting and animation and it obviously does not compete with the original (i.e. there's no damages) but it is frustrating because the whole thing would have been a lot less controvertial had he just cited the original article to begin with.

As said, its a real historical event and there's only so many ways to tell the same story.

I don't know why he felt the need bring up drama that was (mostly) resolved behind the scenes especially with IH and Monster Madness, the writer for the Floyd Collins article was credited after the video was put back up and the writer for the Monster Madness video was fired and a new review put up.

Because a big portion of this video's intent is to take potshots at people he doesn't like for socio-political reasons. He and his troon & honest gal pals don't like James Rolfe following his refusal to watch and slight mockery of Ghostbusters 2016.

The point is IH already addressed the issue and re-edited the video, reached an agreement with the original writer of the article, and credited him afterwards, already making amends and correcting what he did.

Doesn't really matter, since he has not credited many of his other video from the source. I think this is huge issue in the YouTuber community when they have done research and don't cite their sources. I remember 7 years ago GradeAUnderA made a video on Matthew Santoro top 10 video that were popular at the time, but did not crediting his source world for world from a wikipedia article. Matthew has lost subs and has not gain more than a million views. A lot of YouTube like CountDankula, True Crime community, AlternateHistoryHub, and many History other channel community, and science community channel needs to cited there source or else they can get in a lot of trouble. Even in college when doing essay or research you always cite the source to be safe then sorry.

Internet Historians and other YouTubers like Red Letter Media are plagerizing articles and videos of smaller creators to make content sometimes for parts of the video and sometimes wholesale. @Null has a principled take on why it’s wrong for the last few pages, but people disagree with the author of the video Hbomber guy being a fag who presents shit in the worse light possible and is skeevy.

To be fair he's probably one of the people who cut contact with him when the allegations came out, but he's definitely kept silent about him. Since Hbomb interprets IH's silence as admission of guilt, I will go by that same standard here.
