That is not how it works. The DMCA has these steps:

1. Creator uploads content.
2. Copyright Holder files DMCA.
3. YouTube strikes the video with assumption of good faith.*

7a. Holder files a lawsuit and submits evidence to YouTube within x days.
7b. Holder does not file lawsuit and after x days the content goes back up.

* YouTube will generally always assume that the DMCA is correct because it is filed under perjury. The larger the creator, the more benefit of a doubt it gives. Smaller creators get fucked. That means the more directed the attack, the more people feel the need to engage, the more people feel the need to engage the more vitriolic the comments become, and thus the higher the reactivity. This would clearly be a vicious cycle except we have a negative temperature coefficient.

This meaning when threads get more and more vitriolic, they get less active. The people who post in these threads don't want them shit up, and eventually the people engaging in politsperging get bored.

This apathy is much like the Xenon produced in a Nuclear Reactor. When the thread is running quickly early on, people are engaged and it burns away the apathy because people enjoy drama.

When it comes to the other people in this post that aren't IH, they are merely more Xenon for our reactor which is now drowning in it. We are off balance, because there is nothing as interesting as Internet Historian in this thread.

Then the worst thing happens. The thread getting overwhelmed by Xenon is choking. Null posts, effectively withdrawing all focus on anything about Hbomberman and anyone other than Internet Historian.

Null doesn't realize this when he posts. Inside the core, a void is being created. There is no major interest in the thread for most people, especially not for 2 of the 3 people mentioned who aren't IH. The apathy fades away, and people try to drive the fuel rods back into the reactor to keep the thread on topic. He thinks the thread watchers who are like Boron will stop the reactivity, but the tips are made of drama, which like graphite only accelerates reactivity. Why? Because Drama and politsperging spreads like a virus.

The activity skyrockets. Every last molecule of activity in the thread skyrockets. Every post becomes about IH and arguing with the Ooperator. His posts keep coming, endlessly accelerating the activity. The thread is a bomb. The thread about a borderline cow has like 30 pages posted in a matter of hours.
