Too much cynicism itt. Trailer looked good to me. Loved the tom petty song choice(they could've just used jungle bunny music). Obv the trailer isnt indicative of gameplay, but I'm employing a healthy skepticism, as opposed to outright reactionary negativity.
I'm impressed with the pedestrian density on the streets and clubs. Characters actually look lifelike like RDR2. I saw a lowrider with pimped out wheels; I hope vehicle customization like that makes it into the single player. I would like Vigilante back into VI.

She absolutely needs bigger titties.

While I’m most likely not getting the game at launch - I’ve been burnt too many times by this shitty fucking industry - I’ve got no real opinion beyond “It’s just going to be GTA 5 with a new coat of paint”.

The only thing I’m looking forward to from GTA6’s Launch Window is going to be watching people tard rage that their decade of GTAO won’t transfer over, because GTAO fucked this franchise.

Eh. I’m more optimistic than most in here, but I have to be fair and say that’s Rockstar’s fault that others aren’t. They haven’t exactly inspired confidence in recent years, if others want to take a more cautious approach I get it.

I can't say the trailer's woke (though Rockstar has some major red flags coming out of RDR2).

But the trailer was a celebration of trashiness, with the tolerable bits being the scenery parts.
I thought the view of what looked like an adaptation of Seven Mile Bridge (the old alignment converted to a pier) was cool, but a great map stuck in a lousy game is just a tragedy.

This is something I'm actually looking forward to because the first month of GTAO was great, before they introduced dumb shit like invulnerable cars and flying bikes. Everyone had at most pistols & shotguns and supercars weren't a thing yet. Good fun.

You're saying that GTA was never centered around "nigger culture," yet you're missing the point that San Andreas is a homage of 90s urban culture and media such as Menace II Society and Boyz in the Hood.

There are gameplay elements where you can recruit homies as backup and take over gang territories. Hell, his brother, Sweet, embodies gang culture as a way of life. Their childhood friend, OG Loc, perpetuates gang culture as being "cool."
At no point did SA say "o my science, being a hecking BLACK ghetto rat is so awesome", yeah i get that its an homage but at no point did the game ever tried to portray the life as something positive.
Hell, now that you bring the gang shit even the game tells you that you are fucking retarded for engaging with it, you don't get anything for controlling the map, its not required for 100% and the homies you can recruit might as well be rocks with how "useful" they are

I'm expecting it to be as slow paced as RDR2. I don't expect the arcade style twitch shooting (or driving) with V.

Shark cards will definitely return. Whether they adjust the economy accordingly... ah, who am I kidding?

Of course not, it's a crime video game. Hell, you were rewarded more by doing stuff OUTSIDE the gangbang lifestyle halfway into the story. That doesn't negate the fact that SA is fun to PLAY while experiencing a power fantasy of being a gangster turned entrepreneur with limitless customization during free roam.

No, but spraying tags are required for 100%. And you need to capture gang neighborhoods to progress to the final mission.

What is the point that you're making? That GTA doesn't encourage its players to pursue a life of crime IRL?

Man so many niggers nigging about. Banjo lips twerking their nigger asses to nigger music while niggers hoot and holler like the darkest gorilla nigger you've ever heard.

In all seriousness nothing stood out to me in the trailer besides a she boon twerking, which was gross. GTA5 was shit and if you liked it I am sorry but you have questionable tastes. Also modern Rockstar is absolute scum and deserve to be bankrupt. If you insist on playing what will be an absolute turd of a game, please pirate it.

Thanks :)
