I have been on a carnivore diet for 6 months now. I have lost 80 pounds so far (306-226). For me it's been great and now that I'm this far in I don't want to go back to a "normal" diet. This is the best I have ever felt and the positives came after about 2 weeks on the diet, long before the majority of the weight loss. All I do is eat steak, chicken, or fish until I am full and don't eat until I am hungry again, even if it's a day or two later. No counting calories or anything.

I am fairly young and have had no health problems so it has worked out well for me. My cholesterol is still perfect as of last month. I have no idea if someone with as many health issues as Jack has can withstand the shock of this diet, but who knows.

If anyone has any questions about it, I can answer from experience.

Is it any meat or are you supposed to avoid really fatty stuff? Cause I imagine someone like Jack on a diet like this is just eating three pounds of bacon a day or something and claiming it's healty.

Fatty can't even eat his gas station burgers without having someone help him chew, what makes him think he's a "carnivore" in any sense?
His toilet is going to cry, by which I mean overflow, repeatedly.
Brave of you to think that toilet is doing any better right now. My question is, who helps him wipe when he has only one working hand?

He talks about his upcoming carnivore diet, whatever.
He's going to Universal Florida with some special VIP 'meetup' package that includes food and 10 kinds of butterbeer. Where do they get the money?
He's excited to try the green eggs and ham at the Dr Suess land, because he is 10 years old and green food coloring makes food taste better.
His next video is 'deer balls' with that woman protege of his.
What can I say except based?

Actually eating fatty meat is good on this diet. Fatty meat fills you up and gives you energy, many people shoot for 50/50 protein and fat. There are days where I will only eat bacon, but I can only eat about a half a pound before I am done and won't eat for 24 hours after that.

Once again, I have no idea what this would do to someone like Jack though, he's in a damaged body, so eating all bacon might kill him. It will solve any problems with his blood sugar though if he actually only eats meat and nothing else.

lets be honest here this new diet is just an excuse for jack to do as little cooking as possible. one day he is just gonna put out a video of him eating a package of ground beef and drinking the blood claiming it is entirely healthy to do so claiming that his new hero the liver king does the same thing and he is very strong and healthy and jack will be that way as well soon.

this of course is followed by the wendigo finally taking full control and exploding out of jacks stomach and eating his whole family.

You have muscles like a fucking sumo wrestler and those guys are fucking jacked. But they're so fat that you can't see it.
If anything disproves that "health at any size" bullshit it's sumo wrestlers. They have an average lifespan of 60-65 years in a country where the average male lifespan is more like 80-85. And like you point out, they're jacked and carry out a grueling physical exercise regimen and are peak athletes.

If anyone would be fat and healthy despite that it's sumo wrestlers and yet they basically fall apart in their 50s.

Compare to the lazy fat slob Jack Scalfani. The man has literally eaten himself retarded with stroke brain damage and looks half dead and has at most two functional limbs.

I thought this nigga was dead
Honest mistake...Jack lives in a twilight world sort of. He is not quite dead....but he is deffo not alive either. He is a corpse that is still moving. Initial reports of the last stroke indicated he was lying on his death bed but that proved to be false and he is still going "strong".

Carnivore diet could be fun. Ive kinda gotten bored with the scalfaniverse, there is only so much milk to get from a fat idiot that just shovels down food. Just been checking in to see if he is still alive lately hoping for another stroke, but carnivore diet could shake things up a bit.
