So I was looking at a couple of old pictures of Jagoff and I noticed his face is lopsided. I figured this was due to stroke damage but now I think it was always that way. Is this some kind of threat posture thing? When he goes into Arby's and attacks the manager, does his face flare out like on a frill-necked lizard?
I kinda hate it but some people have one of or maybe both their eyebrows sag. I think it can be genetic or if you have deep set eyes or something. Maybe PL but I have and i thought it might have been weird healing from a surgery, but my mom had it (and got the surgery to lift it) and my sister says she kind of has it. They have cosmetic lift surgery to fix it--I wear glasses so you dont see one eyebrow is kinda flat, but on my license you cant wear em and my photo definitely shows. Dut it could be that.
Maybe when Jack finally croaks (spoiler: he holds out like a fucking cockroach), we can all move to a dedicated WolfePit thread. He seems pretty unhinged by the looks of his videos and his social media postings.
Lol he has one in the food and recipe forum. Its not super active, hes kind of always been a kind of abrasive guy but hes gotten a bit moreso but its kind of his 'thing' as a 'down to earth guy'. His videos are kind of okay quality wise and hes a better cook than Jack, hes also a bit more honest with product reviews, he trashed the dollar ribeye from dollar tree jack loved and priced out how its like 3x as expensive per oz or sometjing, because its marinated in bromeline or pinespple juice and has water added.

I don't know if this was mentioned in the thread but this is a Harvest Right freeze dryer. They're a very expensive and niche product that I can't see him having a frequent use for.

I see there are a lot of proponents of the carnivore diet in this thread now. I think we are forgetting something important here which is that Jack has a history of multiple strokes and has documented high levels of LDL (bad cholesterol). For your average person with no significant medical history they can have all the carnivore diet they want and its not really an issue. Heck, this is the true for the opposite scenario as well, there are a lot of people out there who eat carb heavy and never run into issues. Carbs are easy to vilify because they are addictive. Nutrition is a very difficult to study science and I think its clear that there is no one food group that wrecks your body no matter what the quacks like to say.

With that said, in Jack's case he has an underlying organic disorder and this is something that stretches far beyond just nutrition. He has atherosclerosis, hypertension and diabetes and a history 4-5 strokes. Strokes are not exactly uncommon and there is a good bit of research that went into the recommendations made by Neurologists nowadays for stroke patients. I don't think any of them would recommend a pure carnivore diet for a multitude of reasons. All of this is just a long and winded way for me to say that if I had as many strokes as this fat retard I would absolutely follow guideline recommendations.

I really don't know where the elves are vegetarians bullshit comes from. They're known to be excellent hunters in Tolkien's lore, and they are known to eat the game and fish that they harvest.
The faithless woodland sprites eat sapient corpses in Dwarf Fortress. Those pointy eared bastards deserve a good hammering.

Jack had a short freeze drying prepper arc where he puffed up this company and made it out to be a big sponsorship deal. All that really came out of it was a small handful of videos and the notorious "thanksgiving MRE" he was ostensibly supposed to send to some poor bastard PFC serving on foreign soil before the gadget was wheeled off to gather dust in the kitchen gadget storage.

you can live totally healthy eating nothing but animal protein and vitamins

but thats only if you're in ok health to to begin with

in all honesty though with the shit he eats its most likely a better diet for him anyway if it makes him cut out sugar. its not like he dident have a meat heavy diet as is anyway.

If there's one thing that Jack's awful cooking and multiple brushes with death have managed to accomplish... it's giving me a fucking case of phantom heartburn and making me crave any source of roughage I typically skip over.

He talks about his upcoming carnivore diet, whatever.
He's going to Universal Florida with some special VIP 'meetup' package that includes food and 10 kinds of butterbeer. Where do they get the money?
He's excited to try the green eggs and ham at the Dr Suess land, because he is 10 years old and green food coloring makes food taste better.
His next video is 'deer balls' with that woman protege of his.
that man clearly needs a joe rogan diet.

I completely forgot about this. Thanks.

Dr. Now often suggests his patients to stick to a high protein and high fiber diet. Asides from meat and vegetables, whole grain bread has excellent sources of fiber and won't spike your blood sugar. Whole grain, Jack. Use whole grain buns for your burgers. And if using fries, sweet potato is healthier than typical white potato.

That is assuming that he will not instinctively compensate for the reduced amount of sugar in his food by simply doubling the amount of soda he drinks.
Heck, I want to see him doing the sugar diet. Before you drink the can of coke, add four or five tablespoons of sugar in it.

He is easy to manipulate. Maybe someone on 4chan can create a campaign to tell him about the healthy max-sugar-diet.

That’s the point. It will kill him if he just half asses it, and he will. It’s all negative if you’re eating carbs and sugar too. Lots of extra fat and grease, with no ketosis or weight loss upside
He's not even going to half-ass it. He just simply isn't going to do it at all. All these fad diets he has gotten involved with over the years typically has him just continuing his normal lifestyle while pretending he's on said diet. Eventually he'll stop mentioning it and we won't hear about it again.
