It's hilarious to me that he mentioned TheWolfePit being on the carnivore diet. He's a lot like Jack. Fat dude with all sorts of health problems that claims to be on the carnivore diet but constantly puts out videos of carb loaded dishes. Here's his latest video:

At least he admits in the video that it's a hearty meal, but probably not healthy, and that "moderation is key."

he trashed the dollar ribeye from dollar tree jack loved and priced out how its like 3x as expensive per oz or sometjing, because its marinated in bromeline or pinespple juice and has water added.

To be fair EVERYBODY trashed it because it's trash. Can't get a good sear on it, it's chewy as hell but Jagoff just sees "cheap meat" which isn't that cheap. Yeah it's a dollar but it's also something like a 3oz steak. Sure it's advertised as 3.5 but that's the water, salt and bromeline in it. Sure there's probably a way to cook it so that it's not terrible but the time and effort to make something cheap taste good isn't worth it.

Buy a damn ribeye steak at your local Publix for like... $10.00 a pound or whatever the price is and have a decent steak instead of whatever that Dollar Tree steak is supposed to be.

At university, one of my teachers talked about how one of his coleagues, who taught and studied diet and alimentation, experimented on himself a diet purely made of meat.
From what I could get, he had to stop drinking and smoking, and still risked multiple times liver failure and heart attacks, felt weak due to a lack of many nutrients and lost a large amount of weight.
Now imagine a person that isn't an expert trying the same...

This is one case where Jack's own brainless stupidity has accidentally saved his life. Luckily he is too dumb and lazy to do keto or this meat thing "properly," because it would kill him. It's probably okay for some people but it would be suicide for him.

I like most people saw Jack Scalfani name under featured and feared the worst, thankfully he has yet to be put out to pasture and can provide content for a little while longer. The wendigo meme is really being memed into reality, as Jacks physical body draws closer to death the wendigo within gains power and strength, it now has full control over his food and is skipping the middle man of fatty greasy burgers and just going full meat all the time.
