This can happen to any part of the body with a direct nervous system connection to the brain and a sufficient blood supply, as long as there is sufficient demonic presence to make sure that the injury heals just so. Attachment sites are used when a demon is assigned an
iniquity to tempt someone, because of their risk or pattern of sin. A spiritual bond is formed between the demon and the attachment site, allowing the demon to affect the person directly including using telepathy to speak to them.
Demons create additional attachment sites so that a person can be possessed by more demons at a time (in most case, the usual limit is 5, but there are 21 separate categories of iniquity). Also in some cases the demons attached to the extra sites are hidden.
Because demons draw energy from the body through the attachment site, and since these jury-rigged extra attachment sites are poorly implemented, the injury usually doesn't heal properly. The attachment site is also likely to hurt when a demon attaches to it, or summons a wraith. And finally, the presence of the demonic is felt rather than known consciously, so there just seems something
wrong about that part of the body to the person concerned.
As a result, the person tends to loath that part of the body and may even want to cut it off. And because routine infant circumcision creates many such demonic attachment sites, many men come to loathe their circumcised penis due to this demonic presence. Of course, the demons tend to accentuate such feelings on purpose, and their presence makes it easier to tempt the victim sexually into perversions such as AGP.
So that is an important part of how routine infant circumcision, performed by doctors who themselves have iniquities of genital mutilation (usually in addition to pride, power-seeking, and idolatry of money and the worldly medical establishment itself) makes certain unfortunate men hate their penises and sets them up to chop them off and troon out.
