"Current year" terms that piss you off

The acronym for "dual income, no kids?" Isn't that from the 1980s-90s, about the same time as "yuppie?"
Yes but back then there was no TikTok for idiots to go "We're DINKS, and we consooooooom and have furbabies because our Greatest Ally told us thathaving children is oppressive and literally murdering the planet!"

"Media literacy" has recently (?) become a term used by obsessed fans of certain media (Attack on Titan and The Last of Us 2 come to mind as examples), in that fans say that people that don't like, "don't have media literacy".
Anyone who thinks TLOU2 is some great work of art is a far cry from being media literate, much less literate to begin with.

White racial resentment
This is instantly a new one. The pandemic that is "social revenge justice" is built on delusions and lies, and it's what makes Clown World hellish. And now to go against "woke" can be called "white racial resentment", in yet another SJW attempt to BS people into thinking "woke" is the natural way of thought (and to demonize whites more).

Current Year needs to go.

Jumped the shark.'

It's been around since 1985.

I hate the term gaslighting. Try arguing with a woman in 2023 and see how quickly she pulls out the term gaslighting on you, even if you are objectively correct and her claim that you are gaslighting her is actually her gaslighting you.

It's infuriating sometimes
Gaslighting is actually a pretty shitty thing to do to someone, but to a woketard, it just means that they can't stand being disagreed with.

'Jumped the shark.'

I see and hear this fucking expression EVERYWHERE now, where even a year ago it wasn't even remotely as ubiquitous. Is this an internet origin thing, or was there a TV show that did it?

It annoys the fuck out of me for reasons I can't quite articulate.
It goes all the way back to Happy Days, when people decided the show had turned to shit when the Fonz jumped over a shark on his motorcycle.
"Bruh" can be more annoying.
"Breh" is even worse.

I know I am late to this but that has been around since at least early 2000's internet culture. I'm pretty sure I remember a web 1.0 site devoted to it. <3

I haven't heard trannies or niggers use it myself so I am ok if newfags do. We were all newfags once. (and I still am.)

I mean, "Bro stayed up all night playing Xbox." , "Bro missed the pop-quiz." , "Bro thinks he's Tony Soprano."

It's another example of nigger speak permeating into everyday language, and I find it super annoying.
Nigger speak is like a virus, it seems to change almost daily. Once white kids/media have started using it it has already shat out a new strain.

"No cap"
"We're so back"

Pure zoomer faggotry.
That is pretty sus fr fr
