Never watched one of this guy's videos before. Something about his thumbnails and expression always bugged me. His whole responds reminds me of when Amber Heard said she donated however much money to a charity during her legal battle with Depp. And it turns out she didn't donate shit. She pledged some money, but didn't actually send it to any charity. And that attorney took her to task about it. Rightfully so. He says how deeply personal the charity was because of the relation to his mom, but. Man. If it was that important, he'd have donated it in a timely manner. He absolutely would not have made the donatation when he did had he not been called out. Even if it was just sorta forgetting about it instead of actively being malicious, it's still shitty of him.

I noticed in this vid that Jirard still doesn't admit that he's done anything wrong. He doesn't even admit that a reasonable person could come to the conclusion that he's done something wrong. It's all just "woe is me" and "charity is so hard." It's like he believes that he's so righteous that even suspecting that his charity might be fake and gay is a beyond reproach.

Yeah, not buying that at all, you could almost see the lawyer standing off screen with the que cards. Sad but unsurprising to see so many people in the comments congratulating him for a "through response" when he very deliberately didn't answer why he specifically said donations were going to certain organisations, and good luck suing for that when there are countless bits of video evidence showing this, and way the donation only happened after Karl and Muta released their videos.

So in the response for the central issue he said the reason he didn't donate was to gather up enough money to clear some administrative and legal hurdles to make an impact. Did Karl/Muta's video clear these hurdles? Or did it just coincidentally drop at the same time as they finally dotted their is and ts?

Considering Mutahar is already making a response, my guess it that the contradictions are way too apparent for any of The Completionist's threats of a lawsuit to matter. Why does he bring up that the charity was audited in 2016? How is that relevant to anything that anyone has claimed? Mutahar and Karl Jobst claimed that the money raised from the PBD West Convenience cup isn't accounted for once the Tiltify and Syzygy are added up since they basically match the totals.

Remember: even if the golf tournament lost money it's revenue should still be counted alongside it's expenses.
