He doesn't even really have a current reputation. The apology video didn't do anything for him except give him a bunch of temporary support and distract people from the Tyler drama. He has over 7 million subs but he consistently only pulls >500k on his recent videos (the only exception to this is drama videos that are naturally going to get more views.)

Ian isn't pulling an audience from this because nobody wants to watch this. Most of the people who gunt guarded him when he released the apology video don't watch because they cared about the performance he was putting on and not the actual content. Most of his old audience won't watch because he alienated them as hard as he could.
Ian is also hemorrhaging subs in the same vein as Jim Sterling. Granted it isn't as noticeable because Ian has so many subs, but it's still happening. And just like Jim I can bet you Ian is going to make a video seething and saying everyone unsubbing is an evil bigot when he drops below 7 million.

The funniest part is judging by what Ian called his podcast, he's either aware of all of what I just mentioned and he's mocking it, or he's in denial to an absurd degree. Either way it's kind of funny to see how much damage he's done to his once thriving channel.
