Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Imagine having a negotiation where you need money and you refuse to close the border to secure that funding. What kind of reverse position of power is that?

I hope Biden sticks to his guns, millions come flooding in from Mexico and Ukraine receives no more money.
I think he implied he was willing to tighten the security at the border to appease the republicans who are blocking the foreign military aid bill. He is also adamant about lumping Ukraine and Israel aid in the same package so it's either both greatest allies get it or neither does.

Seems like a bad deal. Any concessions made on the border will be a drop in the bucket where the XYZ billions of dollars spent on Ukraine will have a negative ROI. Especially with Austin threatening a US ground invasion. Cut these vatniggers off and never look back.

If the Americans decide to jump in too, how many "100 Americans dead in barrage" headlines will it take before you run away?
I think our overlords know that if US soldiers start dying over these dumbass causes, even the dumbest most apathetic people will start riotting in the streets. That's why it's so essential to fund proxy wars. The fucking milisecond some boomer has to hear about his son having his legs blown off overseas, it is over for this administration. Approval ratings will be in the fucking negatives.

I severely doubt he's ever going to give concessions on the US Southern Border- and he'd be willing to bite his lip and suffer no Ukraine funding because of it.

For one- the scapegoat and archvillian of his administration has been Trump- to the point he felt it necessary to give a gloomy speech in the white-house garden about the unique threat to society his supporters pose. Even though Trump never built a centimeter of wall, nor really did anything good regarding border security due to Jared Kushner having his hand up his ass and using him as a puppet for all 4 years of his presidency- there is still the *illusion* that Trump was a white supremacist who wanted to build a new Iron Curtain and mass deport the owners of your favorite Cantina. If news headlines start publishing "BIDEN AGREES TO BORDER SECURITY"- then alot of his supporters are going to go apeshit, especially since quite frankly alot of actively voting Democrats in the US didn't want Biden to begin with... the DNC telling them to STFU and just vote for him anyways only goes so far.

Secondly- Biden is a corporatist puppet in many respects. His ability to stay in office is heavily reliant on the whims of megacorporations, corporate donors, and corporate Super PACS. No president- not even Reagan (who famously gave mass amnesty) is willing to actively fight illegal immigration because aside from the slavery of actively incarcerated felons (which was the sole exception to the rule Lincoln made)- illegal immigration is the legal form of modern day slavery in the USA. You don't have to give these "employees" a minimum wage, nor health insurance, nor retirement contributions, nor even have to pay the employer side of payroll taxes like unemployment. You can literally have them work for less than $2 a day if you want to- and these fuckers will still swarm en mass to work for you because it's still more than a Doctor makes back where they come from in many cases. It's insanely profitable for American Corporations- and is the backbone of many industries like agriculture and fisheries. If Biden bends the knee on the Border- he WILL lose money, connections, support, and possibly even his job.

Last I followed it, the concessions they were asking for included fundamental changes to the laws for foreigners to claim Asylum. If the changes are what they are describing them as being, its a good deal. Those changes to immigration law would normally be completely impossible. They are worth (IMO) wasting a bunch more money on Ukraine. Yes. Its wasted money. But it will not make a difference in Ukraine.

But the thing of it is that the negotiations are still only happening in the senate. Even if there is a deal in the senate, its not at all clear that the deal will pass in the house. I don't see a funding request getting finished by the end of the year. Even if there is a deal, there isn't enough time.

Here's the thing though - the Democrats and corporate sockpuppets in the GOP can promise all they want, if they don't get something solid in writing and something that can be enforced immediately without some Hawaiian judge intervening and staying it for perpetuity then it's worth nothing.

Lets make a collection out of it.

Get those Victory Flags out of the closet now.

Yeah, a lot of Germen manufactures have been keeling over for more then a year now. And overal entire EU's manufacturing arm is filled now with Zombie corporations at this point.
All moving to states or some shit in search of cheap energy which Russia no longer provides.

EU really fucked themselves over Ukraine. They really really fucked themselves.

People re-elected Bush.

They did that because they were still ignorant and thought Saddam was cool with Al-Qaeda. Plus, the invasion was a blowout so it looked competently done at least. Here? Who the fuck gives a shit what Russia does, not even speaking on Ukraine. It's just too stupid even for most normies at this point.

Not even energy but other materials and or raw resources. COVID didn't help either.

And it's also very much debatable how real some of the EU countries economies are. I think people will be shocked especially with France.

I think the Brits will get the last laugh here.

. Now the officer corps is filled with doorknob-polishers
but i thought the conventional wisdom was that our current generals would be a lot smarter than usual because they were the people that had to suffer through the iraq war 20 years ago the same way we were able to easily destroy iraq in desert storm because the guys on top were the ones that were forced to suffer through the worst of Vietnam 20 years ago.

I know the guys outside of the service might be retards but you'd think spending your whole career dealing with the people of the middle east led our current generals to have a better grasp on dealing with these conflicts than usual.

Milley and his related cronies didnt "suffer" through Iran. And Shaniqua who will replace them will be even worse.

Milleys replacement is an esg person from the Chair Force.

I saw that. Did they invite Russia to the "Peace Talks?" they're going to hold at the WEF of all places?

Also overnight there was apparently a big strike on Kiev that arrived before air raid sirens could even activate and now it's being kept pretty quiet. I wonder what they hit?
