Why do Gen Z's hate blue cheese and aged meat, but LOOOVE soylent and goyslop?

This is only the United States of Amerishart. The rest of the world is still intact, not a food desert and has a vitriolic intolerance of transvestites and gays.
The worst things here can be traced back to Amerifat influence. The best things here are allowed to exist simply because the jews in chief are not aware of them (yet).

Serbia welcomes you my friends.

I don't like blue cheese because it tastes like vomit, but I'm pretty sure it's my personal taste buds since my brothers like it. Aged meat is really tasty though.

There seems to be a societal push towards eating spic food and food absolutely blasted with sauce/spices in an effort to kill taste buds. My guess is that Mexican food is a fad that works for the corpos because they can cheap out on ingredient quality and chef quality. Meanwhile traditional food taste blander because it's not covered with salt, spice and sugar, and seen as "colonizer food".

They're acquired tastes. Same reason they don't like real tobacco but love their fruit flavored nicotine juice, don't like good quality black coffee but love oversweetened starbucks yoghurt shit with 700 calories a cup, etc etc. They literally aren't old enough to appreciate nuanced flavors. They have the taste of a small child.

Part of that is their only exposure to tobacco is usually the cheap, additive-laden junk leaf used to make most cigarettes.

On top of that I think US regional cuisines took a major step backward out of necessity due to Prohibition and the Depression and the need to stretch ingredients as far as possible. The 1950s-1970s then did even more damage to traditional foods with all the processed foods and packaged seasonings so nobody was experiencing the real flavor of fresh herbs and spices.

Or atrocities like water-boiled vegetables with no seasoning or butter. I think a restaurant that prepared traditional American dishes according to 18th or 19th century recipes would do well. Especially Southern ones, the South gave us the first hot sauces in the early and mid 19th centuries which are still delicious to this day.

I don't know any zoomers and avoid them like the plague, but their tastes really suck anyway.

I have never heard or seen this stereotype tbh.

Probably something from TikTok. I refuse to go there unless a cow has a particularly milky channel.

Not all blue cheese is good cheese either. I won't name names I'd pretend to remember, but some of it is just flat boring bitter, some of it was really, really damn good.

I don't think I've tried aged meat yet though.
